Unable to boot screen?

Tried some android thingies today and got the following screen 2 or 3 times:

When I press anything other than the send button, it just boots and everything seems fine.
But I really would like to know where this screen comes from? Is there something on the main memory or storage card where it does some checks?

I have the screen sometimes and I think it has something to do with the boot time. So I think the message is kind of engaged and fires only if something doesn't happen in a specific period. In my case I suspect the amount of PIM data might slow the boot time because I never delete and never move the stuff to an archive

Apollo player being weird.

So for the past week something weird happened. My Apollo player shows two of the same mp3 files. obviously one doesn't work so when you click on it it shuffles to another song.
The problem is obviously I'm seeing doubles and its really annoying. I can't seem to get rid of the problem, I've tried wiping the cache on the the phone and even the app itself ( i cleared all the data ). I've even searched the storage to see if it was holding doubles and the SD card didn't show any copies.
Can anyone help me out?

[Q] Storage Issue

My Z3 has a notification about my phone has 75% of internal storage used and asks me to move some files to my sd card. However, when I checked the storage inside the setting, it showed that I only used for 4-5 GBs while the available space only has 3 GBs. It is really strange since there should be 12 GBs for this phone where is the missing 3 GBs. So, I would like to ask that what make this happen and how to solve it. My first thought of this kind of issue is the problem of system log, but I dont want to root my phone to deal with this.

Bug when deleting images (Piktures)

I'm using Google Traslator
Everything works normally, but, until I install the Piktures app, (a gallery), and until I wanted to move some images from My carpet downloads to my SD card, and although it seemed that they had been moved / deleted, the images kept appearing in other applications like or Facebook or Discord, and even in the default file manager!
These images appear corrupt, and I cannot delete them in any way, because they do not appear in any file manager or galleries! Only in the image selection screen of Discord, Facebook, and any other similar application.

Please let me know if there is a way to remove them. I don't want to resort to Hard Reset again

My device doesn't show when I search it here so I'm adding this.
When I move an app to the sd card everything works fine for a while but after some time it when I restart my phone I get a notification saying "sd card inserted" as if I just inserted it.
The app icon changes to a grey and white Android figure with a small icon of a sd card. When I click on it nothing happens. When I look in the play store the option to install is green instead of play. But I can long press on that changed icon and select uninstall and it does so. Then I can re install the app. It does this to several different games/apps.
Please don't be mad at me for posting like this, there was no option for A03s.
