I have Galaxy S5 SM-G900F android version 4.4.2. It is rooted. Am I able to flash this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2732110) rom on my galaxy S5? Also does this rom (XtreStoLite) support OTA updates?

No it's not possible to just flash the Galaxy Grand 2's stock ROM onto the Original Galaxy Grand. It also doesn't seem like there is an official 4.4 Kitkat released for the Galaxy Grand, however here on XDA there is a lot of custom ROMs based on 4.4 Kitkat that seem to pretty stable.

hi i have samsung galaxy s5 duos sm-g900fd as well as galaxy s7 edge
my galaxy s5 duos is on stock 6.0.1 Lolipop offical firmware un rooted, i noticed there is lot of difference between both official stock firmware of s7 and s5 i just want to know is there any possibilities to get rom of s7 for s5 duos or has anyone made mainly i need s7 notification bar, status bar,theme center and & stock icons etc.
