So I'm having an issue with my phone. Every time my phone rings after the phone rings once, the phone will silence itself but the phone is still ringing.. Another example once I get off my phone from a conversation, my phone puts itself on silent. I'm currently using Cyanogenmod 11 build 2014-16-06. Any suggestions on what to do ?

My phone (T-mobile Wing) has Open Touch v3.0 installed on it, but the problem is that every few minutes during a call, it makes a beep and the call counter restarts at 0. Later when i check my phone, i have a missed call from the person I was on the phone with. I don't know why it does this and would like to fix it. Anyone have an idea? I think its a rom setting, but I don't know how to disable it.
On my former phone (SE W810), the phone would play a short tone whenever a call is ended. This is useful in letting me know if and when the other end has hung up. Is there a way to add such behavior to Windows Mobile phones?
Nothing? How about just a vibrate? I know my Touch Pro vibrates when the other end answers, so having it vibrate when a call is ended as well isn't too much of a stretch... why aren't both supported at the same time, anyway?
I usually keep my OPO in vibrate mode. However, when I get a phone call incoming, it vibrates once, very short, then the icon at the top changes to silent and it keeps ringing but silently. This causes me to miss many calls. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
I am running stock CM with the latest update, 38R. My OPO is rooted and has TWRP.

Not sure if this is a problem or is there some hidden settings i can tweak for this. Back in Jollibean, whenever my phone receiving a call, it will ring its ringtone and vibrate continuosly until i pick up the call.
Now after lollipoped, the phone will still play its ringtone when during a income call but it will only vibrate for like the 1st second and then it will stop vibrate.
This '1st second vibrate only' also happened when using 'vibration mode only' and turning off the ringtone.
Anyone got this problem as well?

long ago in times where Nokia was the leading company which sold the most phones their phones had a setting for a single tone notification for an incoming call. My latest phone (ulefone metal with Android N) has a weak vibration, so i'm missing calls from time to time. But i don't want to have a long running, loud ringtone, because when i'm not at my desk, but my phone is still there, i don't want that my colleagues will be disturbed by a ringtone which runs a minute or so.
I found an audiofile with a single beep, which i can use as ringtone, but this beep will always repeated as long as the caller doesn't give up. This is even more annoying than a standard ringtone. So now my question is: How can i set up the phone that this audiofile is played only once and not repeatedly? This works for notifications, but not for calls. I'm searching for such a functionality in modern phones all the time since the Nokia-times, but didn't find it. Anybody out there knows such a setting for android phones?
As a workaround i could create an audiofile with a single beep and 5 minutes of silence, but this is stupid
