I have a LG Optimus Black (P970) which has a problem. Most of the times when i touch either the home button or the back button it won`t get my input. I noticed that when the phone is charging the buttons work better. I did a factory reset but it didn`t help...
What can i do? Please help me

Please help me to resolve the problem in my LG G3 (D-855) mobile with Android Kitkat 4.4.2
Problem is, when I work on it, It all of a sudden goes to a black screen and an analogue lock appears. When I touch screen, it changes to another screen which contains 4 icons. To go back to Home screen is impossible unless I restart my phone. When I restart the phone, Its battery percentage reduces to some extent. Please help me in this regard

From some days ago i was unable to access the settings on my phone, which would "unfortunately stop ". In order to sort this out i tried to reset my phone with the key combination of Volume keys ,quick button etc. But instead of the boot-loader it took me to normal home screen which was a blank screen with no icons or wall paper except the pop up which states that " unfortunately settings has stopped". Nothing except the notification pull bar works . From this i am able to access the Quick menu app and through the 'share' option in it i can access apps like Fb,Twitter,messaging etc. When i restart the phone , a green android with an open belly appears with something rotating in its belly after which it takes me to the blank home.
Pls help in troubleshooting this.
