It is used for enhancing the installation of the rom. It is a GUI based installer. No disadvantages, except the fact that the text is not properly placed in the installation dialog box!

First boot - a few minutes
First optimisation - ~10 minutes

FAQ​
1. Q: So I installed this ROM tonight and I also installed ES file explorer. It seems my internal SD card is unreadable.
A: Install root, install Terminal and type:

restorecon -FR /data/media/0
Then reboot!
Or install custom kernel...
2. Q: Init.d scripts don't work on this ROM...
A: There is STOCK kernel in this ROM with adb secure and without init.d support. You can instal custom kernel for GPE 501 (for example: Kernel from Poondog or ElementalX 19 GPE) and this solve the problem (and 1 Question too)!
I compiled new kernel with init.d support, unsecure adb and with no issue with sdcard based on the stock. Information and download link - here:

3. Q: What about buttons illumination? Is it working?
A: NO buttons illumination! This is stock, this is only deodexed! All bugs of odexed contains in deodexed rom!
You can use Keyboard backlight controller from market as a temporary solution.

Warning!
Centered clock and traffic or dolby mod isn't compatible.

Thank you for your kind words! Yes, I was saddened that deodex absent for Lollipop, so I did it for you and for myself. Now we can do or port and flash some mods for this rom, for example, I really miss for APM ...

No, because the tool creates files and folders. Only on the hard disk!

Take a nandroid backup. if anything goes wrong, you can simply revert back. Go ahead. I would like to hear from you.

afterall, this is not an official CM build. this is made by editing the stock 4.4.2 Firmware.
I added GravityBox to the rom. It have a lot of customising features including the circle battery

You can use Link2sd to move apps to SD Card. Rom doesn't have inbuilt option. I didnt put gapps because i want to reduce the rom size

I flashed the repartition zip to free up some more memory, it said that tw roms wont work unless i restore the original partition table, will this rom work

Depending on the partition file you flashed
Ex: the file gave you only 500mb for the rom partition
TW needs between 1500 1800mb
So thats why you need to check the available space on rom partition
Its always recommend to get back to the original partition when it comes to tw

After installing the rom, the device will automatically reboot
So after the phone is working you will have to go into recovery again and flash gapps
