The latest omnirom nightlies have major errors on samsung galaxy note 10.1. Can someone tell me why that is the case...for instance the notifications (wifi tile, brightness tile etc) won't come down when swiping down and the whole rom feels unstable. I had to use omni-4.4.2-20140602-n801x-NIGHTLY.zip in order to get a somewhat stable rom

Hi guys,
Do you know actively developed "tablet based UI" ROM (not phone UI like CyanogenMod) for Galaxy tab 2 P3100 ?
I already use AOKP 4.1.2, but it seems not updated since last year.
There's a bug on overclock setting (can't set on boot), and on gallery app that cause I lose all my pictures & videos :crying:

the auto patcher worked
ive tried it before but i prefer phablet so i back
I've tried the new stable CM10, it's smooth as butter (faster than aokp), however
but when boot logo appear, it gives short (about 1-2 second) TV-like bad signal image. Like thishttp://ak9.picdn.net/shutterstock/videos/3397445/preview/stock-footage-television-screen-with-static-noise-caused-by-bad-signal-reception.jpg
And also Gallery app can't show .3gp video thumbnails (but 3gp can be played).
And also CM10 + tablet UI is not smooth, it's a little bit lag.
I'll try the PAC ROM. CM10 boot logo is too buggy for me.
I've tried PAC rom, but it's buggy on my devices (the navigation button crash & then dissapear), also the TV-like bad signal also appear on this rom (before boot logo).

Hi. I am asking this here, since I don't have permissions yet to comment in the Note 2 thread.
I installed CM 10.1.3-stable on release day and there are obviously stuff missing compared to stock (like NFC and Beam icons (and the features too i think) in the pulldown menu, hand-over to wake from sleep, etc)
Trebuchet crashes sometimes too but not too often. (but i'd hardly call it stable )
But especially, I have problems with phone call sound quality and general buggyness when it comes to the phone part altogether.
I could not get CWM to install either (screen just flickers and continues boot, had to install some other recovery. (Pointing it out since the install instructions says to use CWM) I know the thread is for Nightlies, but i cant find a thread for Stable. And i dont have permissions anyway.
So i was wondering if anyone knows if there's any 10.2 nigthlies that are better than 10.1.3 Stable, and if it is, when will 10.2 be stable ?
Overall I've had a nice experience with CM 10.1.3 though. Not gonna uninstall. But i hope development will continue
Edit 1: Also, the meter for GSM signal strength also doesnt turn blue until you turn on wifi. But then both become blue if you enable WiFi.
And i dont think ive seen it deviate from 100% GSM strength. I used to have some variance in my house before i think. (but dont quote me on that one)
Hi,
i have a samsung galaxy s3 (d2vzw) and i just started using the new unified builds (d2lte) and there are multipule problems that include
screen dosent lock when prompted to, only goes dark
there are no notifications in my notifications bar
some funcitions dont work on the pull down menu
home button dose not .. take me to my home screen.
there are a few others but these are the most problematic for me, is this a known issue or are these uncommon if unheard of
build, "3-28-14"

What rom are you currently running?
Sent from my Wicked S3
Hi,
Just installed latest ROM - cm-12.1-20150518-NIGHTLY-bacon.zip .
Everything works well, I was hopping to fix the touchscreen issues (the phone is less sensitive than CM11), but feels the same as CM12S.
Anyway, if I am adding a new profile, and set it up based on my needs (for example to disable the look screen when I am home), after rebooting the screen is black, notification bar is running, I can expand it, but that's all I can do.
I cannot start any app, desktop is black.
Anybody having the same issue?
Thanks

CM reverted the change due to high battery drain, use an earlier nightly such as 20150515 (or a custom kernel like Boeffla beta15, ak246). Once it is fixed, it'll be re-added to the CM Repo.
As for the profiles part, I have not encountered that issue, however I am not on the CM's nightlies, but on temasek's custom forged.
Ever since updating to the newest version of cm13, my phone seems laggy and slow in the following scenarios:
- Waking up from standby
- Switching between apps
- Going back to home
- Sometimes when navigating in apps
Has somebody else noticed these issues or is this maybe just my device getting old?
Should I got to nightlies or unofficial lineageOS builds or maybe go back a build? Any help would be appreciated especially if this is something someone else noticed as well.
