Xposed framework with it's module. Can't provide the link as my j already has this animation. I read this on xda news portal.

Can be possible with xposed
You Can have it if you have Xposed framework installed
just download the module called "ScreenOffAnimation"
there are different animation (incl. CRT & CRT Vertical)

To be edited services.jar
PowerManagerService, PowerManagerService$ScreenBrightnessAnimator, PowerManagerService$ScreenBrightnessAnimator$1. libsurfaceflinger.so
