when will PA thread re open??
and can someone tell me any other ways to report and resolve issues?
the bug tracker I am not very acquainted, besides (i may be wrong) but its not like a forum where u have a discussion so makes it difficult!
There is no ETA for its reopening. Furthermore, the devs don't check the thread for bug reports so it'd be a waste of time. The bug tracker is your only viable option.
IMO the thread should stay closed, with the bug tracker and OTA app built in there's no need for it. Other than to have people that don't read ask the same questions a million times.

Uid is not a rom issue. Neither is not having access to sdcard in recovery.... If you look up the Uid error message in Google you will get the fix.

Has anyone fixed this issue? This young Padawan's search skills are weak, I can't find it anywhere.

the reg keys that you need to adjust are
HKLM\System\StorageManager\Filters\fsreplxfilt\Rep lStoreCacheSize
HKLM\System\StorageManager\FATFS\CacheSize
HKLM\System\GDI\GLYPHCACHE\limit
But what should these keys be set at? Anyone with the 3.02 ROM installed that is willing to post your settings here for comparison?

No, there is nothing you can do to fix the reboot bug.
PM the author of your ROM and tell him to fix it before he releases the next ROM.

Well I am the author of my ROM jackass, and stop trolling.
I checked back on your past posts and I don't think you've offered a single piece of tangible advice to anyone that "you've helped". Nothing but responses like:
Did you search, well search again, etc.
STFU!
Another thing even if I weren't the author of my ROM why would I bother an already busy cook with something that I could possibly do myself. Make them cook another ROM just for little old me? Give me a break.
Oh, by the way did you search for the meaning of STFU Jackass
Well, my point is that there IS a fix, the ROM cooker has to fix it.

Hi all:
This is my first post here - I really hope I'm in the right place...
I just did a fresh install of CM 10.2-20131102-SNAPSHOT-M1-skyrocket and noticed that the option to add Torch to the quick settings panel is missing. Is there any way that I can force it back? I did a search, but I wasn't able to locate any posts on here that address this.
Thanks in advance.
[Long over-due update]
The bug was tracked and the nightly was updated shortly thereafter.
Settings>interface>quick settings panel>tiles and layout>add. Hope this helps.

Thanks brndnddge. I have a screenshot of the error, but I can't post it here because I'm still too new. I should have been more specific in my original post. The option itself is missing from the list of available tiles. It was suggested to me on Reddit that I post the bug on Jira. From that thread:
"The issue is from that device using the old way of saying there is a torch. Could you report it on jira(the cm bug tracker). I can poke the maintainer to make sure this gets fixed."
If this works, the screenshot can be seen here: i.imgur.com/aCqgPhz.png

This is known for a while. It's a problem due to the kernel. Disabling it through HW Overlays will only fix it temporarily. Wait for a system software update.
EDIT: Regarding timmaaa's post, by searching you would have the answer: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56064565&postcount=5184, it's like you just found out about Windows 7 and you're posting that you yourself found out about it in 2014.
Yeah. The credit goes to the person/people who actually developed what is being posted. @Technowhiteboi, because you're posting someone else's work you're meant to write something along the lines of 'this work is not my own, all credit goes to Cyanogen and OnePlus'. You cannot claim credit for work that is not your own. And actively asking that people press the thanks button is a bit crass, if someone deserves thanks they get it, it should never be asked for.

And that's precisely what I did, maybe you should read it again.
-I explained that credit cannot be claimed for someone else's work.
-I explained who the credit should go to.
-I explained how you should word the giving of credit statement in the OP.
My post contains absolutely no malice or ill feelings towards you, all it contains are facts. I created that post order to help you fix up your OP a bit. You're taking it completely the wrong way. Is it because it isn't peppered with smiley faces?
As a show of good faith, I have an Inbox invite to share, it's yours if you want it.

I am new to creating a new thread and am not sure on what is needed and what is not so excuse my noobness..
As there is no official Q&A thread dedicated to the CM13, I thought I'd make one myself on behalf of @Olivier
Any questions, Ask away and it will be answered..
Link to the development thread:

Simple stuff to follow before reporting a bug/error:
1. Make a clean install.
2. Any FC or crashes, report with a logcat.

I am happy to help in this forum, that I regret that there are sections that by not having more than one certain number of comments you can not comment. happened to me that any could have helped and have not been able to put my solution I am sorry that this is so I do not agree at that point in this forum, there are people who can provide much, and surely have not been able to publish their respuestae of aid. Thanks again for opening a post in which everyone can participate or what it is to help deserroyar the system, thank you.
Hey guys its been a long time since I've been on xda. So I'm currently running lollipop and just want to clarify a few things if that's alright with you guys. Firstly does anyone know if doze mode works on this build because i was really excited about this feature. I also want to ask one more thing. Do you guys use the adoptable storage feature? If so how are you finding it and are there any bugs with it. That's it guys sorry for the long post but i hope i get some feedback of you guys. Thanks for reading.
No, doze isn't there.. also, the adoptable storage works fine.. but like we could move ONLY SOME APPS to the SD Card in previous android versions, it is the SAME to be honest... am using it currently.. but it can help save some space for new apps...
The only problem is, we still can't choose to directly download apps to the Ext SD.. like if you download a big game, like FIFA 15 or something, it won't get downloaded..
Also, you may like to know that the Camera doesn't work in the latest alpha(ALPHA 3) as of now

Yeah, you should take logs as soon as the bug takes place
What bug did u face btw?
I have a question myself,
Can't the cm12.1 cam libs be used to fix the cam bug?
If the camera libs from the Alpha 1 could be PMed to me by someone, I can try fixing it in the Alpha 3 maybe?

Just wondering if anyone else had the weather just to the right of the at a glance clock go missing after installing Android 11. I've found a few posts that suggest clearing storage for the Google app enabling location and joining beta for the Google app but I've tried these a few times with no luck getting it back.
Why did you start a new thread on this?? Go to the Android 11 thread
Thanks for your helpful suggestion. Wasn't sure where to put this but regardless it's all of a sudden back so not sure what happened.
