[Q] Motorola apps on CyanogenMod 11 - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys,
So I installed CyanogenMod 11 on my Moto G and I would like to have Moto Stock Camera and Gallery Apps. When I go to Playstore, it's says that my phone isn't compatible. Is there any way to force install?
Thanks!

There is no way. I love these apps too, and I think they're way, way better than AOSP's. But there's nothing we can do. And that's why I stick with stock firmware on my Moto.
good job Motorola!

Not really sure about it, but if you have FM radio app installed then you don't have GPe.
Im running paranoid rom, not stock and thats the problem
I bought my phone from Tesco UK maybe this says something about version?
You can only buy GPE directly from Google.
Thanks for help

[Q] Are there any daily-use ROMs for XT1031(Verizon moto g)?

Once, I have flashed CM11 for moto g, but the telephony layer doesn't work on my Verizon edition MOTO G (XT1031).
Besides, I also tried the NEXUS 5 experience ROM, but the systemui FC a lot, though in other way, it works really awesome.
Would U guys give me some commendations?
THX again.

[Q] Need orignial G2 weather app for CM12

My current Android version is 4.4.2, and I want to update it to 5.0.2. However, I personally like orignial G2 weather app and lock screen very much. I am not sure if it is hard to install the two apps or not if I update my LG G2 d800 to CM12. I am so hesitating. Does anyone have any idea?

Moto G 2nd edition ROMS?

Hi all, one of my first posts here. I bought a Moto G 2nd (Brazilian) Edition recently, but I want to wipe the OS and put on the latest GB iteration on it. Any idea where I can find the stock ROMS for the Moto G 2nd edition? And what's the latest (best) way to root the Moto G 2nd edition? Sorry if these are rather fundamental questions but I'm a bit out of the loop with all this stuff.
TIA
Ok, so I've managed to find the stock ROMs. But I'm a bit confused about a few things:
1. I know downgrading can be a big no no, but what about flashing a ROM that is the same version? All I really want to do is replace the BR (Brazilian version) with the GB (Great Britain) version of firmware, is this easily achieved?
2. What's the best way to flash the moto? I always see a myriad of ways of flashing, either with CMD scripts or sometimes ready-to-use apps...just wondering whether or not there is a "standard go-to" way of flashing the moto?
Thanks in advance!
