Replacing/Deleting system apps manually
Just trying to use this reserved post for something. If someone has a better idea, then please let me know and I will add that to this post.
Info on replacing system apps manually using root explorer or for those who prefer to apply mods manually instead of cwmr-
(Note- If you think this is too easy, then below info is not for you , it is for the users who are still looking for it)
First of all, before replacing any system app, you should make a backup of the .apk and it’s .odex file.
[I have saved all of the .apks and .odex files from /system/app on day one of rooting, no matter how many of them I will/can replace but just in case.]
Path for apps
Non system Apps installed from Google play/SD should be in /data/app- these all can be removed.
System apps should be in /system/apps
Apps safe to replace from system/app- It should be same as the apps which are safe to remove,
in addition you can replace following system apps for theming purpose, you may get some FCs but it will not soft brick the phone.
Systemui.apk
Contacts.apk
LogsProvider.apk
Phonesky.apk (Google play)
Mms.apk
Stock launcher (name may be different) make sure to install another launcher before doing it.

Replacing apps using root explorer
(let’s pick contacts.apk as example)-
Download and put the modified contacts.apk on SD, if it is inside .zip then extract it to .apk
Open root explorer and navigate to the downloaded contacts.apk, copy it and paste to /system/app folder
(/system/app folder should be mounted as R/W for replacing apps)
Replace if prompts, delete contacts.odex if you are on odex rom
Change permissions for file properly (long press and select permissions) and restart, you will be done.
If you are not sure about permissions then check below screenshot-

Yes, all works on odex roms, but read OP and respective threads carefully before applying any mod regarding deleting. odex files etc.

I couldnt get the digital clock to work for me. Maybe the instructions in original thread arent enough ? IM on LRQ now.

The digital clock should not be ICS version specific, if it is for ICS then should work on all ICS roms, did you change the permissions properly?

just check the original thread, doesnt mention about permissions or odex file....ok its maybe understood, but i messed up the first time

Yes, I have checked the original thread, may be the OP missed it or assumed understood , So is it working now? If no then check the digitalclock.apk, which I have just attached to OP.

Yes, this file is working now.....tried weather and google search -- working also tried orange LRK theme with your method of installation --- working with LRQ !!!!

Google + Clock + Contacts + Apps Widgets

Yesterday I modded some Widgets Extracted from G S 4 .
I've Ported them specially for Note. I tried them on stock rom and running smoothly.
But you can try them on any rom.
They are deodexed.. So odex users have to delete .odex files.
Ported Widgets are :
1. Google Search Widget 5x1
2. Digital Clock (bugs fixed) 4x1
3. Digital Clock dual 2x2
4. Alaram 5x2
5. Favorite Contacts 5x2 , 5x5
6. Favorite Apps 5x5
Installation :
1. Download and Extract all three widgets.
2. Push them in your system/app (replace, if already existing).
3. Set permissions. (r-w-r-r)
4. Reboot.
[ Note: For odex users , after pushing in system/app delete each corresponding .odex files
of all 3 widgets then set permissions & reboot. ]

wow, you can make 5x1 google search widget so why you don't make 5x2 for digital clock widget ?
just my opinian digital clock widget will looks great on 5x2 on 5x5 tw launcher.

Well.. I've followed your advice and I am able to modd some more widgets from G.S 4 . As you said.. I've ported all widgets to 5xn except the digital clock (I'm working on it). Checkout the new Alarm, Fav Contacts & Fav Apps widgets..

This is not my work, I am just sharing this from Galaxy Note 4 and S5 Themes and Apps​
Thanks to @AndroidState for This Post . This guy ported S6 TW Launcher to Note 4 which is having fully transparent status bar.
First Take Back up. Please do take Back up.
Download Link S6 TW Launcher
Download the attached file, Unzip it.
To get S6 TW Launcher please follow this step:
• Rename TouchWizHome_Zero.apk to TouchWizHome.apk and replace it.
• Now replace/copy-paste lib folder from the downloaded zip file to TouchWizHome.
• For Sorting S6 Launcher apps in Alphabetical order, please see post #13

TW Home is a folder in system/priv-app .

Nice ! I just have one problem why the clander icon not change the day ... but i try in nova launcher and it works ..

Works on Verizon Galaxy S5. I installed both launcher and weather widget I noticed on the launcher there's no option to hide apps also the clock and s planner icons don't change I'm using Galaxy Icon themer

1. sometimes you need to restart settings
2. if you do not see letters in the settings you must enable-disable power saving mod.
3. parallax and weather effect do not work
4. blur effects is disable
5. if you choose fragment transition effect sometimes you will need to press edit in app screen to appear icon of aplication!

Themes is not depend on launcher you must have rom which supports and enabled samsung theme store!

Yes should work, only set the correct permissions including libs files but badges don't work, this freeze the launcher and give FC

i mean the codes for hidden settings because your launcher is bit buggy still i can give you a better port if you want .. i done that for the halcyon rom i dont know how it works for i9505 but you can give it a shot , anyway nice work , thanks

thats because you changed the styles of home setting , just let it bee as is and it will be more stable : (in my opinion)

Ok, I tried your launcher basically there are the same, only in my icons are small and i set icon and widget greed! As I wrote in OP there are some bugs in hidden settings but it is quite interesting

Before You Going To Install It,Do A Backup In Case It Not Work On Your Device Or You Don't Like It.

1.Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Themed Launcher.
2.Wallpaper Chooser And Wallpaper Croper,Note 4 Themed.
3.Flipboard Briefing Support.
4.Theme Chooser Support.
Instruction
1.First Backup Your Old Stock Launcher,SecWallpaperChooser.And WallpaperCroper & SecThemeChooser(If Have),Or Copy These Apps To Your Sd Card.And Install Any Launcher From Play Store First.
2.Delete These Apps From System/App,Don't Delete The Installed Launcher From Play Store.
3.Put All Downloaded Apps To System/App
