[Q]Improve Camera - Sony Xperia L

Hi there , how can i improve camera in CM11 Rom ? Any Fix ? the picture look blur when i'm taking picture . . what line should i edit in build.prop ? can i use Sony Stock Camera in rom FXP CM11 ... ?

. i m using google camra someone suggested me.but it is not working.

I get sharper photos than stock ROM. You need to touch focus first before taking a shot

[APP][4.1]Improved Stock Camera for JB 4.1.1

This is an update for Cynus T2 JB 4.1.1
The zip makes 12MP Rear Camera and 1.3MP Front Camera
As we all know, camera sucks on JB (even with 4.2 camera used), this update provides good clarity and auto focus update.
The update contains 4.1 camera and gallery.. The flashing of zip will remove your stock camera or the 4.2 camera and replace it with the
new camera app and the required libs.
The results shows quite improvement in clarity as well as light condition camera behavior even with 8MP size selected.
Some custom roms have this camera mod, but this for the stock version.

I guess this mod is there in the custom rom which i am using...though camera quality is very poor and still images are gets blur
Bro awesome improvement..now images aren't blurred even vth a bit of shake ...I recommended it over to my friends:thumbup:

In my case it wasn't... I have flashed bunch of jb custom ROMs but didn't get expected res except from suvi ROM v3 ...now I'm getting even better results compared to stock and custom rom better have a try what say :thumbup:

That's what i told you guys! Its just includes new libs and gallery app which just don't show those blurry and non clear images.
The official version of Jelly bean by Micromax will give a perfect quality as it will be tuned to A110's camera lens..

It was working for me on ther rom. But on jmp v8.0 its flashing but camera is still 8 MP so do let me know the remedy.

Download mod camera flashable zip file in 1st page install/flash via cwm then clear cache n clear dalvik cache present in advanced options

Did u download stock MMX camera patch ? If s u can't get 12mp
Try flashing cynus stock camera patch
And try hitting thanks button rather publishing in post it will b helpful :thumbup:

Rear Camera isn't working on any 4.2 Rom .Camera app is missing from app drawer and gallery too. Camera can be opened from lockscreen widget but still only Front Camera opens. Even torch is not working. Developers plz do post any solution ...

Both cams are working perfectly in each 4.2 rom...maybe either you guys are possessing new A110 device (in which back cam is not working in 4.2) or you are mssing something in procedure while flashing the rom..
If former is the case..have patience..our devs are working hard to solve the issue asap.
But if latter is the case..try to flash the ram with proper procedure described in the OP of that respective rom thread.

Yeah, My Canvas 2 is a new one. Jelly bean 4.1 was pre-installed in it.

I think the problem is with the Kernel used in 4.2 roms ... Switch back to 4.1.x. That is the solution for now.
4.1 is great,just tweak it as per your requirement and get awesome performance

WORKING KitKat Gapps for AOSP 4.3 Roms

I tried many versions of the new 4.4 Gapps , all had problems , So I made this Flashable Package
Flash after flashing the rom
Tested on hTc Sensation , Sultan's & Albioman's & PacMan 4.3 ROMS
*** everything working , no FC , no missing libs , No grey wifi ***
-The new Google launcher - Won't delete Trebuchet
-The new Google keyboard - AOSP keyboard is default
-New Google Camera and Gallery - Replaces CM camera&gallery
-New search , Store , Gmail , Email , Services
-New hangouts with SMS - Wont delete Messaging
-New Clock , Email , Calender - Replaces those in ROM
-New Face lock
Changelog :
V3 :
- Removed 4.4 Gallery and left your ROM's Gallery untouched
- You have both Cameras
V2 :
- Removed 4.4 Gallery and Restored 4.3 Gallery&Camera
- Now you have Both 4.3 and 4.4 Cameras
Advice : the icons on the launcher are abit big , if you don't like that , set lcd density to 220 and reboot

Works so far I can see on HTC Sensation PacMan 4.3 (B2) en Carbon 4.3.1
Only when choosing edit in Gallery gives a FC.
Still piecing back my phone together after full wipe but all seems pretty good on android1234567's 4.3.1 ROM! :good:

I added V2 , Restored 4.3 Gallery with edit working , Now you have both Cameras
Camera powers phone off when a picture is taken with flash on. Not sure if its the ROM or the gapps.

Everything except camera&gallery are just apps , not device specific
Iam releasing a version to leave any rom's camera&gallery untouched
I am currently using speed rom 9 based on asop, the gallery worked great editing and everything, camera app alway video never works but photo sphere and panorama works and other features work, email, works, hangouts with sms and mms works, and flash the zip removed Google search app I had working with Google now, I might have to tweak the zip file for the amaze

I think its a compatibility problem with your rom
Try V3 , No camera or Gallery issues
the google search is replaced with the newer version (Vevlet) , u can enable google now from it's settings , u should have network connection and wait for a few seconds ( it's collecting some mysterious info ! )
the Playstore network problem is typical with flashing on top of other Gapps , or again it's Rom problem

Just reporting that so far so good on android1234567's 10.2 ROM. Haven't really done a "power" test on it, but all seems like it's running okay! Using V3 after full wipe.

Try resetting the Camera Settings to default.
Or install a third party camera app from Google play and see if it works.
Are you sure that yoir camera isn't "damaged" physically?

Tried everything,camera not damaged its good on 4.1.2 but on 4.2.2 got bugs like not auto focusing and image corners are light pink in color? BTW i upgraded rom from xda 4.2.2 rom by Siva Aggzz for lava iris 455.

Why don't you try a different 4.2.2 ROM for your device?? See if the error persists...

hdr doesnt work on cm11 too

why dont u disable flash and try hdr.in cm11 also hdr dont work with google camera and others.but if u disable flash and try hdr it works.i've tried it in cm 11 and it works.why dont u give it a try
I am on beta 3 and not using ThunderZap, BTW camera is working completely fine, why thunderzap is preferable??
