[Q] Can't copy files over to Android devices?

Hello, I have noticed that for a while, when I try to copy files to my Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-I747M and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 GT-P5110, it gets stuck doing this:

I have Kies 2.6.3 and have tried re-installing it and it still doesn't work.

Samsung galaxy j7 core model j701f MDM lock

How I can MDM bypass when mobile is screen locked and downloading mode disable I try to factory reset on Samsung modem port with different tools but no luck if any one have service please pm me.
