As the best performance goes - Moto G doesn't care. If it is stable, it's fine.
Does Faux Kernel OC work?
Sent from my XT1032 using XDA Free mobile app
No or at least it makes no difference at all.
Also as EvilShadeZ said there is no such thing as best performamce ROM, it performs at its peak in just about every ROM, so just stick to the most stable one or the one you like the most.

Ok whats the best most stable modem for the Infuse? Like in terms of speed, network stability and battery life. Also was wondering if flashing some kind of kernel would improve anything.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using XDA App
That really depends...different modems work different in different areas...have to test tthem all out to see which one is best for you

I wanna say I have tried the kk1 modem and it seemingly breaks wifi for me, is that a known issue
Sent from my SGH-I997 using XDA App
I've used k1 for about 3 days everything is great buy drains battery. I've found that i3 is the best all around modem IMO

Nope. Used it for 2-3 days and wifi actually works good. Everything is good, except for the battery drain. KI3 works best for me.
Antutu paid vs set CPU
Which is better ?! What are the pros and cons? Opinions?
Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk
Set CPU works fine for me...all I want is one thing, change the speeds that's all. But for a user that wants more options then they would probably chose antutu

* sigh * the only downside to set CPU is the widget :/ I will prob end up doing that

I used to use SETCPU, but finally I found that the battery life was almost the same as the situation when I did not use the SETCPU.....So I gave up at last and let the phone run as it was..

The problem is I over clock and use a beta rom.... so its a bit buggy and if I can't sew my ghz live then I won't be able to trouble shoot so easily.
Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk
what i think is.. just use the "matched" radio and kernel.. and the battery will be at its peak.
Set cpu and check cpu tuner...
Sent from my E15i using XDA
For me set cpu is better
Sent from my X10 Mini Pro using XDA
I used to use SetCPU until I realized it was the culprit in a lot of my stability issues so I switched to using the kernel tweaked in liberty rom toolbox
Sent from my VS910 4G using xda premium
Thanks for the input . I hear that the set CPU dev isn't good at responding. Any thoughts?

Cpu tuner it's better than set CPU..i used it in my x8..stability issues are occurred..so i prefer CPU tuner..

Ah, I restored mine through Titanium Backup from the G2.
I imagine a lot of these incompatibilities are just because they haven't added the device to the list yet, a lot of the ones that claim to be "incompatible" actually work fine if you sideload or restore it.
Igo is working fine for me. U need a 2560 data.zip for it. And do not use the branding.zip. i have got the June 2014 version working without fuss.

Yep...this was one of the things i was looking forward to with the g3. My HTC one would lag too much with it and so was looking forward to a smoother experience. Turns out they have to optimize it.

Use Chronus, it is free on the play store.

This one is even more functional the cLock.

Chronus ain't the same.. It's a rip off
You have to purchase pro to get the cm11 look :/
Sent from my Moto G using XDA Free mobile app
Chronus is developed by the same guy who does the CyanogenMod cLock (David Von Tonder). So describing it as a rip-off is pretty lame.

You can, if you'd quit flaming his work and actually read what comes with the pro version since Chronus added a lot of features that weren't on cLock it's fair enough to charge for it. It is his effort and own decision to decide what to do with it. And yes, I bought the pro version and it's great - always updating with new stuff. That's what you're paying for, not a dead app.

Are there any known issues about that?
