[SOLVED]Help me install custom rom - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

Hello friends help me??
Am having htc one x at&t.running on 4.0.4, now i want to install android 4.2!!!!, not rooted, no custom recovery
relocked
s-off
hboot- 1.14.0002
radio- 0.19as
1.can i unlock the bootloader in s-off condition??? Using htcdev???
2.can i install custom recovery?? In s-off??
Or guide me how to install 4.2 kitkat in fastboot mode without custom recovery ???
Please help me!!!
Thank you.

You can install recovery in S-off but first you need to unlock your bootloader, use your existing bootloaded unlock code received from HTC Dev.
Its always better to install ROM though recovery.

I have more then 3 unlock codes of HTC one X and HTC one M7. So I don't know how to find the correct one of HTC one X???
OR CAN I UNLOCK IT USING HTC DEV NOW?? WITH NEW PROCESS???

Yes you can unlock the bootloader and install a recovery while having s-off. But, you're confusing SIM unlocking with bootloader unlocking, they're two different things. You need to go to htcdev and unlock your bootloader, then you can install TWRP recovery, then you can install a custom ROM. Check out my Evita FAQ thread and my How-To Guide For Beginners thread, both links are in my signature.
PS. In future please perform a thorough search before creating a thread, it's the first rule of XDA. Your questions have been asked and answered millions of times before.

If you are S-OFF with HBOOT 2.00.0002 then you can simply flash a custom recovery and then flash the latest su-3.0.xxx.zip to root your current ROM. No need to to the HTCDEV.com unlock method.
You can follow the steps in this procedure since you have S-OFF:

It depends on the HBOOT version and this is especially true with 2.00.0002. First you need to make sure you have the latest version that supports zergRush exploit. Even then some users with 2.00.0002 have had luck while others haven't.
whic is bttr
Yes mine is 2.00.002 only
And s-off
How do i know whether it support zergrush exploit
So at end
Which is better
Super one click or su

You do need to unlock your bootloader via htcdev in order to flash TWRP recovery and install root or a rooted ROM. You're lucky because the previous owner already got SuperCID and s-off. Go to htcdev and unlock the bootloader, flash TWRP, and get cracking on some custom ROMs. Check out my Evita FAQ thread and my How-To Guide For Beginners thread, both links are in my signature.

No
To add more, the status of the bootloader (or anything for that matter) cannot affect the status of SIM unlocking. The SIM unlock is completely independent of any other process on the phone.
