[Q] cant able to select 3G option on cm11 motoG dual sim

hi guys anyone facing this problem i have tried cynogen mode 11,mokee,enhdroix,crdroid in every roms i cant able to select 3g option its forced to select 2G as preferred method my device is moto g dual sim(XT1033) this problem occurs only on my aircel sim please someone give suggestion

That's a wired problem...
Have you done a clean install or dirty flash over any previous ROM?
If you haven't had a clean installation then try to do a clean install (wiping cashe,dalvik cashe,system,data.. But before that take back up of apps and other usefull things like contact,messages etc.)of CyanogenMod of latest nightly and see if the problem is solved or not

ya boss i have done clean installation even i deleted system and data under mount and storage option
i cant find solution for this but on my another sim (vodafone) 3G signal is working perfectly

problem with mokke rom
boss yesterday i have installed latest mokee rom releases on my moto G (xt1033) everthing works fine for few hours after installing theme from from play store touch is not working and reboots but after reboots its working fine again after few mintues i cant able to put pattern lock again touch is not responding for mintue then its working

Haven't try mokee for a long time.. But on latest cm and other cm based ROM after new theme engine intregated I too have faced many problem regarding theme so I just quite using theme now...
Hey if you are dual sim xt1033 user like me than I would like to suggest you to try n5x dual sim ROM by p_macheda for moto g... Currently I'm using it.. Its cm based and you can do many customization to it... :good:

its k boss its problem with aircel same thing happens with stock rom also but i found solution for that
after wiping cache through recovery i ill get 3G on aircel

but enhdroidx is better one but last update came with alot of bugs like mxplayer crashs and audio bug and camera cant able to take photo i am waiting for fix

Try flashing this zip http://d-h.st/uGa
It should solve the camera problem...
And you could also try the mahdi ROM too.. Its also great but it's a single sim ROM and before flashing that you will need to convert ur xt1033 to single sim...

at this moment without stock...none...
hope that soon we will get a stable and fully bugless rom...
o btw you should note that in n5x rom i face some problem with screen while in a call....and sometimes the phone got freze and i have to force reboot my device... btw i also faced that problem while i was in gummy rom with xperence kernel...
so if you want a fully bugless and stable rom i will suggest you about stock 4.4.2 . you can now use xposed and gravity box now with it to add some tweak and customize it as your choice

no bro... i tried a lot to use some cm 11 themes but i was failed every time...
i tried with some xposed module to see if i can use them but they are simple not SUPPORTED !!

Yes, Booted On New Bootloader It had Taken some time from black screen. But No Network And No Camera. And Phone Is Getting Black SCREEN and Switch off.

Are you sure you flashed CM12.1? If yes, then try AOSP from FXP. There is only camera problem. At least I found that as problem.

Which variant you are using?

Xperia E3 D2212 or All Variant ROM

I recently unlocked my bootloader and enabled access for root in my Xperia E3 D2212 device. Now I need a custom ROM, the last time I been doing it, my cellphone bricked. Well, like everyone knows, I need at least a D2212 or All Variants Custom ROM for my device. I was really thinking in Nitrogen Mod, but I don't know well if it's really good. If you guys can send me screenshots or reviews of Nitrogen Mod, I'll be really grateful. And a warning:
NEVER INSTALL AOSP ON D2212 DEVICE, IT WILL BRICK.

The only available custom Rom for the non LTE version is Nitrogen AFAIK,

No, sourcecode download takes too long time and due to new bootloader requirement it is not easy to return to stock.
cm11 is almost ported but camera is not working and wifi stopes after some time and i can,t continue work on it because i have to use my phone too and i have only one device.

So what are you working on right now?

E3 Dual Progress.

I know that developing ROMs and kernels is not an easy job and requires a lot of patience and eperience. But the main question is, Why on earth does Xperia E3 has nothing...like literally no ROMs except for one (Nitrogen one ROM, and we can thank @vinay for that). I dont think there is a metamorphosis in the device hardware of Dual SIM and Single SIM. Why dont we have noCM or AOSP or Crdroid for Cyanogen MOD for this device!

Most of the devs who owned this device had the lte variant, that's why they are still getting support till now. The non-lte variant is available only in asia pacific and the no. of developers we have/had here are/were very less. Making a rom is not a one man job. You need testers and help from other developers to create the perfect rom which was lacking in our case. Sony is working on kernel 3.10 currently which includes support for almost all sony lte devices and also has the most important camera fix. Making that kernel work is the only barrier that keeps us from getting all those fancy roms.

There are cm11 Base rom Like pacman rom FIUI rom etc... You can use them if you want to
Well @savixx manged to port cm12.1 form LTE variant based on 3.4x kernel it booted but its has bugs like wifi and camera and signal for dual sim rest works like charm

A phone without signal? Dude, the sole purpose of a phone is to make calls and you need a signal for that. So its not usable until that's fixed.

Dual sim? well there are not much difference in d2202 and d2212 so help @savixx if you can help in fixing signal and other bugs that wud mean a lot

I have an htc one e8 dual sim ( M8SD). i was looking to install cm13 on it but this device is not supported by cm13. However, they do support a dual sim
version of the htc one m8. Is it recommended to flash that version?

I tried but didn't work.Guess I've to update twrp before flashing.Also cm roms are usually smaller.It won't brick your phone.Just make a twrp backup in case

Don't worry, your phone will not brick if you flash this rom. Because, i tried and now i'm using this rom and feeling so good with it. This rom is too small because it not include google apps in this . You must flash Gapps pack after flash this rom if you want to use google services.
But, camera in this rom is worse. not as good as stock camera so it's ok.
Totally, I love this rom more than stock rom.

Good morning, My phone model is m8sd and it's dual sim version. But, after i flashed this rom i checked it again in Setting - About and it's became m8sw

Downloading from Baidu
for high speed full download from baidu...Install the desktop app as prompted ...then create a weibo account...Weibo has a englih website so its comparatively easy than baidu...then sign in to baidu desktop app using weibo sign in..then download the cm 13 file using baidu downloader

Please share the link of the gapps pack u have flashed with this rom...the ones i ve downloaded are not working...google play services has stopped error message popping..

Its ok..Finally after many failed attempts, I found a working version of Gapps package, link below

You will have to wipe cache & dalvik before flashing gapps. it should work then

This ROM works perfectly well on htc one e8 m8sd India dual sim. Except for nfc. Finally a good ROM for dual sim variant?
