Can anybodys help me? I used XES and get some problems with my apps, I couldn't update it from PS,it said "your storage don't free enough to install app".I still have 160mb phone storage and 800mb internal strorage. Can anybodys explain to me what is the problem? :what: and how to fix it. Thanks before and sory for my bad english

What is this app for ? It installs itself and when uninstalled, it again uses our data and gets downloaded. The main problem is that our explorer have very less memory and it takes around 8 MB. how to get rid of it ?

its a Google play service. come along with newly updated play store. It is just work as medium which provide u to communicate from ur pico to play store.
Any way to get rid of it ...? Because it is using 8 mb of my precious internal memory !

No, you cannot remove it, as you have seen. it is a system app, required for play store & google apps. basically for all the app feedback / statistics report, this app is used.
i know how much we all love our internal storage.
just root ur phone & use sd-ext partition, increase internal space !! :good:

Google is getting ridiculous you know that app is required to run Google apps like youtube etc. When you open then they will say please install Google play services and open you the app in play store lol
anyone figure out how to get it to install when on custom ROM? It must be seeing something on my phone it doesn't like because I try to install and it fails.
This is on a rezound. Going to try and backup working version on my tablet and restore on phone.
If you flash gapps.zip in custom rom, then automatically Google play services is installed.
Otherwise, it's not necessary.

I am using cm10 beta6 since the past month. M using int2ext and have more than 2gb internal memory.
The problem I m facing is that I am not able to install more apps and the already installed apps(i got 27 apps installed) are not able to update! When I click install on the market,it just shows downloading and the download doesn't even start.
Moreover play store has started force closing along with the email app.
This probably started after the last play store update! :banghead:

Please try clearing cache and data of playstore from application manger.
Was facing the same problem, this worked for me

I just flash my C2105 and I'm facign some annoying issues like worse camera quality or Subway Surfers that does not start... I saw lots of you having at least the camera quality issue. And I also see people not having any issue (but there're less numerous). So I just want to know your "Customization Version" to see if it comes of one specific ROM or if it's general. People don't facing issues can also posts their "CV" . It can help us.

Have you wiped everything before updating?
Always do a fresh install, otherwise bugs may occur

First time i had issue, I repaired it thanks to Update Service... But now, I flash .2.17, I gave up as there too many bad things in this update.
My problm is now solve!!

Mine are solved.
To play Subway Surfer, you have to move the game from the internal sotrage to the phone storage.
And other issues have been fixed thanks to a .ftf I created. #proud#
for subway surfers problem
just move subway surfers from internal storage to device memory it will run
go to settings > apps > downloaded> subway surfers click 'move to phone'..
Now the game will run

That's what I said
has anyone noticed that all desktop shortcuts for apps or widgets that are not in the internal memory dissapear after a restart of the device? in order for the shortcuts to remain you have to move the app to the phone memory? am I the only one experiencing this?
I am facing the error in settings when i try to move stuff from internal to external storage!It shows unfortunately settings has stopped : /
Its bug in 4.2.2 bug , others also facing same problem

I did not notice this. But I installed "Falling FRed" on my phone. I put all my games in a folder in my drawer. Everytime I restart my phone, "Falling Fred" is out of the folder.

And when you try from external storage to internal, what happens?
When you go to settings-storage-transfer data to SD card the error shows...not anywhere else!

Yes it is! I flashed world generic firmware and I had internal storage problem and I flash Philippine one and it is gone! Its wierd.
Hey guys after 4.2.2(official not rooted) update some games subway surfers and hungry shark evo stopped working on my XL. I only get a blank screen with name of game and icon if i open the game. Is this a known issue or is this only happening for me
Things i tried :
->repaired using sony PCC
->reinstalled the app (Re-downloaded too)
->cleared app cache
->moved from ph storage to internal storage and vice-versa
Change the app location to internal memory

erm app auto downloads to internal memory
fixed it :
went to settings->apps->internal->hungry shark evo -> clear cache -> move to phone memory
will try and see if this works for subway surfers too

i redownloaded subway surfers and had the same blank screen. I went to settings->apps and fount that it auto installed to internal memory not phone memory this was due to the fact that i moved the app to internal memory when i was using 4.1.2. I cleared cache and moved it to phone memory from internal and again moved it to internal now it works fine.
Possible issue: some of the apps i have moved to internal mem from phone in 4.1.2 auto reinstalled to intrenal in 4.2.2 this causes a path error causing the app to not work properly. Strangely other games such as temple run 2 didnt have the issue

I have found this wierd memory issue on my xperia m. On clearing the cache the internal storage space decreases rather increasing. It decreases by same amount as the cache took. Many xperia users have reported this on net but no one knows why it happens. I would appreciate if someone knows the reason. I mean is there any gain by clearing cache or its just fake clearing??
And whats the other way to clear cache on xperia devices so that it reflects on memory??

Well Clean master pro [Cheetah Mobile] with root permissions does a good job for me. O do not own an xperia though so you may want to try it yourself.

Even i use 1 tap cleaner. It doesnt matters wheather u use any cache cleaner app .. on xperia devices the free memory decreases on clearing the cache.. dont know what is the problem
