I just updated my AT&T Samsung infuse to this rom (slimbean 3.0 JB 4.1.2) and it is wonderful! The only thing that I do not like is the stock contacts app with this rom. I am trying to flash the Samsung secphone apk from my S2 but after deleting the old one with root explorer and giving the new one permission all I get after reboot is "could not launch requested activity." Is there any way to go back to the contact app that all Samsung phones use? I like the Samsung contacts app because it shows if my contacts have whatsapp, skype and other messaging apps installed on their phones.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I'm currently on the liquid smooth rom for my s3 and wondering if there is any way to get the stock messaging app back
okay so i noticed that in the stock gingerbread Rom for the T959V that Facebook contact sync with numbers was possible....but i wanted to know how to add this function to 4.1.2 slim bean; if its just getting the original contacts provider apk and contacts apk and the original Facebook apk from the stock gingerbread Rom then how do i get them to add to this Rom???
Quick question. I installed this ROM yesterday, great and stable ROM pack. But the connectors for e-mail are removed. No common build in e-mail sync connectors are available and you cannot create them either. Any chance of these being enabled again in an update pack?

Go to UpdateMe (doebloaded when you installed the rom) and then install bloatware.
Does anyone have access to the stock google contacts app. The one that is labeled just "people". Comes on CM11, AOSPA etc etc. I recently flashed the latest AOSPA ROM on my Galaxy Tab and for some reason whenever I open my contacts/people it FC's on me. So I wanna reinstall just that but I am having trouble finding the apk via google search. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
Thanks to the helpful developers here on XDA, I rooted a Samsung S Relay 4G (apexqtmo), flashed ClockworkMod recovery (CWM 6.0.4.5), then flashed the most recent "release" version of CyanogenMod 11 (2015-08-31).
It's all working quite well, but I would like to use the stock Samsung SMS text messaging app. I actually have another S Relay and it's stock -- plus I did a Nandroid backup on the other phone -- so the app exists somewhere within my grasp.
Can someone help me figure out how to load/run the stock Samsung app on the CM11 phone?
