Is there, or will there be a DN3 (Ditto Note 3) equivalent for our devices? In other words, a custom rom based on stock 4.4.2 rom for 2014 edition models with 2014 edition features?

I don't know if this question has already been answered but I'm wondering if this is somewhat possible to get stock 4.3 phone apk work on our note 3 (Sammy rom)?
I really liked the CM 10.2 phone app on my GS3, now that I have switched to a Note 3 I have to use Touchwizz phone app and its terrible UI
If not possible what would be the best replacement?
