[APP] Google Play (Market) App v3.5.15

Sup Nation,
I am assuming this has been posted in other forums, but I bet there are people like me that only look at this section of XDA.
But I thought I would post up a link to get the new Google Play app.
Google have renamed the "Android Market" to "Google Play"
It has a slightly different UI on the phone, and the Google Play Website has been updated too.
Here is the link
The main improvement to the app: under the My Apps menu, you can see Installed and All Apps in a separate tab. This allows you to re-download any app you've previously tried and deleted, or paid for and uninstalled, bringing the functionality more in line with the desktop portal.
Enjoy people!
Thanks mate, but we already have a thread in this forum here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1549660

[Q] Google Play crashes at start on chinese tablet

Hello, community! I recently bought a Chinese tablet and one of the first things I did was to install Google Play and Google Play Services via apk, I also added my Google account. The problem is that after loading for a while it says: 'The application Google Play Store has closed unexpectedly'. The amazing thing is that it pops up a notification that there are updates for my apps! Also the tablet shows up in my Google account as a device. The other applications that require Google Play services (like youtube and google now) run fine. My firmware version is 4.1.1. Also the download manager IS enabled. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

This means that you have purchased a chinese style software configuration tablet. Thanks to encouragement by ccp policies towards google, many manufacturers (would you believe i have in my hands a samsung note 8 that does the same thing!) have stripped out the play store in favor of other alternatives. For me, i am going to root and flash this tablet and forget default aoftware is even something that exists.....

[Q] My App is not visible when we search with its name in Google Play

Hi All,
We have developed a Sudoku App and posted in Google play few days back. As of now we got nearly 450+ downloads by promoting it in AdMob. But when we search with its name in Google Play the App is not visible in search result. Where as few similar apps with 50+ downloads are appear in Google Play. Please any one suggests what I should do to make it visible in Google play search.
Please find below is my free App link from Google Play.
Thanks,

Easy way to install Google Services on Huawei device

Hi!
I have a MediaPad Pro M5
I have spent many hours on XDA following guides to install Google Service on Huawei.
Somehow neither of the method worked for me.
But I managed to install Google services by accident.
I almost gave up and decided to install at least a decent browser (Brave).
I found the browser on APKPure.
It is a kind of a third party package manager to my understanding.
To install Brave I needed to install the package manager first.
APKPure APK Downloader for Android Wear, Phones, Tablets, TV
Download and update the latest Android™ Apps apk in APKPure, the best free Android APK Downloader online right at apkpure.com. Come and join APKPure's clan.
m.apkpure.com
Brave got installed, no problem.
But to my surprise I could also find Youtube app on APKPure.
When I installed Youtube, APKPure package manager suggested to install Google Play Store as well !!!
I followed the suggestion and installed Google Play.
With Google Play I could install all the other apps, I needed.
* To moderators:
I have registered just to post this solution, because it might be a great relieve for people who are struggling like I did.
I guess I need to earn some points to post in the Huawei thread.
I have no time to earn these points, so if I'm breaking the forum rules, feel free to delete this post.
If you can move the post to the relevant thread, it would be even better.
Great finding!
In fact, it's known that on some well-known apk website such as apkmirror or apkpure, you can download apks for many free apps, including YouTube and Google Play Store.
But please note that either apkmirror or apkpure is a third-party apk distribution website.
On the other hand, if your Huawei phone, MediaPad Pro M5, does not have a built-in Google service framework, the Play Store will not work properly after you just download and install the Play Store. Does your Play Store work well?
