My laptop is out for repairs I need to convert my primarily 320 CBR MP3 collection to 160 Vbr. Is there any app that will allow me to do this. I've searched the forums and Google found two apps but they just don't have these features. I should a that I am running cyanogenmod so fully rooted obviously. Even CBR instead of Vbr will do in a pinch

Week later I was able to record audio in whatsapp from music I listening on my device to send it to my gf, and then after that stupid update I can't do it anymore.. Now when I press to record, the playing music in the background stops! Any ideas
I just want it to record from the device sound itself as it always was. Not sure if this the right froum or not

please add audio sync feature as in dubbed movies many times audio is out of sync
