HI, I recently bought the great Sony Smartwatch MN2,
Is there a gallery app with zoom feature?
I want to browse my phone's pics and zoom them in order to see details...
Thanks in advance, and sorry for my poor english
There is the official gallery app which is already kinda zoomed in, but you cant control the zoom. Other than that I don't think there is one as smooth as the official one with zoom...

Hi
the image quality in 3d gallery when i zooming is very bad
pixels are very big
the thumbs resolution is low and the image on zoom have bad quality
any idea for improve quality or increase thumb resolution ??
TNX , Sorry for my bad english
Sometime the gallery screws up the cache..
inside your SD there is a folder that holds those thumbnails as cache.
You just need to delete that folder and open the gallery to re-cache.
it should be solved.
Some galleries get confused or make a error or gets confused by other similar gallery apps.
unless the pic you are viewing is just.... small.
thank you for reply
but this is not my problem, all thumbs have good quality in normal size ! but when im zoom quality .......
what is folder name ??
is there any way to use 3d gallery whiteout thmbs ?use original photos ??
You are not making sense, it sounds like you are zooming the thumbnails.
When I zoom a pic the quality is fine.

Mediascape an default gallery have bad zooming. Zoomed images are blurry.
My solution to this was downloading the free gallery application QuickPic. Picture quality at it's best.
Try it.
Yeah ok what ever... but i use "high def" only so it's pointless.
But thanx.. ok.. is this a spam bot?
can we keep him?

Quickpic is the DAMN BEST!!! So fast, extreme high quality!! 3D gallery doesn't stand a chance.
Ive been using Quickpic for a long time now....I could never go without it. There isn't one other gallery app available that can stand up to it.
Thank you man
Quickpic is good app and it creates maximum resolution thumb from pic
But has not graphically effect like 3dgallery

actually you don't really benefit from 3d gallery other than 3d eye candy, but at the end of the day you just want your images to look fantastic rather than your gallery.
I think the 3d gallery was like the one that came with the ipad, its rather eye candy than useful. IMO only.
Indeed Quickpic is very cool. The old Sony Ericsson phones had some cool music player and gallery. I meen the series like C905, or w810. It seems they don't make it like they use to.
Quickpic is fantastic, cheers.

No, camera zoom will not be present in ICS but if you really want it Get Camera Zoom FX from market, it has digital zoom.

application you mentioned i have tried
i don't know how to say , it's just like you took a picture and then zoom in , it doesn't real zoom in like professional camera , it just zooms in like you looking at picture in the computer by use scroll wheel.
the picure which i took is fuzzy , exactly like you zoom in photo in computer at high rate !
sorry for my poor english , i don't know if i have made myself clear

That's the only kind of zoom you're going to get on a mobile phone in the near future. It's called digital zoom, and that's what pretty much all mobile phones (including Galaxy Nexus) have.
I think the feature will be available to only capable devices as far as i know our Nexus doesn't support zooming although it might be possible that in ICS they implemented digital zoom which is of less quality
There's no point in a digital zoom, you're simply cropping a section of a picture.
Without a lens that can zoom, there's no point in zooming.
I thought it was confirmed that the base firmware reports to the rest of the system that camera doesn't support any type of zooming, including digital on the Nexus S.
The Galaxy Nexus does though. Sometimes digital zoom is better than no zoom when you want to quickly focus on a particular subject and that you don't want to fiddle with desktop editing software.

well-said
Well today is the day I realized the Nexus S have no zoom function in its camera and I went like what???
I've been Googling, XDaing and see a lot of mentions, but never seen the real answer to this matter.
Is there a way to make a zoom on the Nexus S?
Please share... share directly the app, fix method, tool or whatever please.
Thank you in advance.
There is no zoom and never will be.

Digital zoom is no different than zooming in on the picture post processing.
The NS will never have zoom.
Hi there,
I am using Ultima-Rom, but I believe the camera app is the same as in stock.
I am missing a function to zom in/out before tacking a picture. Did I miss it or doesn't it exist? Before the S3 I had a Defy mini where it was possible to use the volume buttons to zoom in/out. Is there any solution/mod/alternative camera app for this?

U r on the wrong forum buddy!
This is galaxy Apollo forum not s3
For ur query, and I don't think the stick camera supports zoom.
Just download any camera app from g play. Most of them have zoom function ( i think).
But y do u need zoom? Just click a pic without zoom and zoom in /out via your gallery.
