I have been messing around with two separate motherboards and back panels with the new 4.4.2 update. One won't allow for the update to install (I assume it has to do with a certain mod I don't know much about on it) and the other one installed it perfectly fine but now doesn't properly connect to wifi when I try and connect to a network. I can search on chrome but I can't sync my Google account or use services like Google Now. This error is really bothering me because I can't even install apps on the phone and I can't find anyone else with this problem online. Is anyone experiencing a similar problem and does anyone have a possible solution?

Hi, I bought my Xoom WiFi from US and am using it in India now.
The problem I'm facing is that I cannot install any apps from the market. Its shows the green progress bar, but no progress.. I've tried waiting for hours, still no luck. I was able to install these apps when I was still in US. I read somewhere that it could be an issue with the non-US markets.. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any way to fix this?
I have a US WIFI only Xoom in Europe and it works fine.
If I remember correctly, there was a similar thread posted here some time ago (try to search). I think the problem was with his wifi network/router. Can you test on another wifi network?
Hi guys,
i'm currently running Prime 1.9 but this issue is not only happening on that version.
From the market, I can't download any apps or update them, but if I do a restore it will download perfectly. Also, i'm always getting a unable to connect to server in youtube apps.
I think it's my router because everything is running fine when I do a thetering from my cellphone.
But, i'm still not getting this, I did a DMZ on my IP address and it didn't change anything.
I have no idea what to do, it just start bugging like that three days ago.
Also, Gtalk is running #1.
Ideas will be appreciate.
Thanks
My Razr M has been rooted for several months now, and I've noticed since being rooted two services no longer work like they should. The watch espn app no longer loads anything I try to watch, and hulu+ now has a problem loading the adds, which consequently stops all playback. Also, the hulu+ app on other devices(Roku, PS3, tablet) that are connected to the Razr M hotspot act the same way.
From what I can tell it's only these two apps that don't like the root... Is anyone else experiencing these playback problems? and is there a way to fix it?
I just flashed Gummy ROM Kitkat 4.4 on my sprint S4 and I am having a few issues. My gmail will not sync anymore. the generic email app gets my emails right away, but gmail app will not sync. Also seems like mobile data is not working right, its really flaky now, keeps cutting in and out....mainly out, the only time I can actually do anything that needs data is through wifi. Just wondering if anyone else had these issues or knows how to fix them, before I go back to stock. Thanks much.
Also, my battery is draining about 20-30% an hour. Could it possibly just be a bad install or something? I am fairly new to all this, so just wondering if it could be an install problem, or just bugs with the ROM still, or if there are any fixes for the issues I am having. Thanks again if anyone can help.
Hi folks, I have been facing a bit of an issue in using Navigation on Maps. I have reason to believe this is happening in mostly OPO devices ONLY! A friend who also owns a OPO reported similar issue. While using Maps Navigation I have noticed that the pointer doesn't move along or update as I proceed in a given route. This is happening even when GPS is ON and set to High Accuracy and proper data coverage. I would like to know if anyone faced or is facing this issue? What is the solution? Thanks.
COS: 12.0-YNG1TAS2I3
Android: 5.0.2
Google Maps: 9.14.0
i have the same issue. the little blue pointer doesn't follow you and after awhile, it says gps signal lost. however, it still give you a turn by turn if you touch the bottom part. I really need this to work because of my job need. anyone have a fix for this? I think this only happen after the newest update about a week ago
I don't think that this is related to the One Plus One specifically. It is happening on at least 2 or 3 different devices that I have tested it on.
Does anyone have the apk for the previous version of google maps so that we can re-test?
Edit ..... Try this one and see if it sorts out your issue.
