The operator himself have not tested this rom and hopes somebody else will test his rom. if its brick then the tester is responsible so what the use of the operator for releasing such untested roms

if somebody download it means people downloaded it and does not mean they have tested it. If they have tested then why nobody confirms it.
Simple explanation
The most simple answer to 46 people downloading is they have downloaded the rom and kept and as soon someone reports working with SS all the people who earlier downloaded will jump to install without wasting time. At least that's my theory!! Also, I guess the OP himself is doubtful of his own work that's why maybe he didn't report any success.

your logical is more logical than the operator. Moderator should delete this thread
Well, I will chime in here.
XDA is a learning place. It's a place where people share knowledge.
However, it does not mean it's a place for users to be "reckless" in posting works that have not been tested even by themselves or associates. This isn't the place for it.
If it is a recognized developer, or a member with a broad knowledge and history of how android works on devices, then it's usually not an issue. If it's just somebody "farming for "Thanks" or "Donations", then this isn't the place.
Which brings us to this thread.
The OP either doesn't own the device, or is not willing to test it on his device, hasn't tested anything as admitted, and hasn't got a clue if it even works. In fact, the Original Post gives me doubt about anything.

its not in market because giving game roms without company rights is illegal it took time for google to realise that, but when they did they removed it..
And also wrong section dude you should post this in Themes n App section
Next time dont post in wrong sections if you want your thread to live and get some feedback on your problem

That works on my phone, the widgets don't do anything and the application draw is the same which ever option you choose, but no fc's

I was receveing many PMs about this app so i decided to make a thread so everyone can see and use this app. You can use this app on any gingerbread based roms ( like cm based and stock based ) and on any ICS or Jellybean based rom too.
This is the app that all of us lost when we install our first rom, and many people miss this app, so now you can use it on ur favorite rom, it's pretty light and i didnt face any lagg with it. This app only works as a battery saver and not as a task manager like some other similar apps.
Download the attachment and just install it as normal apk. Enjoy it

Thnks... But how u know that it's an official Samsung energy saver coz I didn't saw it on my Fit with Froyo 2.2.1 when I bought it (~2 yrs ago).

It isnt come with my fit too bro. But it comes on my aunt's galaxy s2 and with my cousin's galaxy mini, and i already read that it comes on many other sansumg android smartphones

This work on any device bro.
After i create this thread i saw many people creating threads for other devices with this apk ( some guys are from gfit forum and only take the apk and put it into some download servers), but i didnt see people giving me credits for this APK, i am really thinking in close this thread, who already "take" the apk from me not even pressed thanks. I am impressed with this guys.
P.S Before i open this thread i searched on XDA if someone already has posted it.

the app works superbly . as soon as I off the screen the app disables edge from my mobile until I wake my device . it also allows sync in certain time interval .
there is not even a single percent battery drop when the screen is off which is awesome !

That petition is made by me with everything perfect and not like the one you mentioned , no offense , but that one is not addressing the recipient of petition very clearly , so I made mine with professional letter and with properly addressed recipient. Please sign that for me now its has around 92 plz sign.

Just tried... This is only a bad done Lollipop themed Samsung stock i8262 rom.
So don't waste your time... in the i8260 model it can't make calls correctly or make a data connection, and you can't receive calls.
