[Q] Stuck in CLockworkmod recovery mode after install system upgrade

Dear experts,
I am having a serious problem that I cannot boot my phone, everytime I reboot it goes to the recovery mode.
what I have done are as follow:
I have rooted phone by superoneclick (everyting work fine after that)
I installed Rom Manager from Market. and flash the v5.0.2.7
system indicate there is an OS update, I downloaded and install it, then the system start reboot, then I get stuck in the recovery mode.
I have done the backup with Rom Manager, but I tried to restore and also tried even update to a new rom, nothing helps.
My phone is LG P920 3D, can you please help to solve it?

This happened to me, nobody on the forum was able to assist me in fixing it so I sent it to LG for a warranty repair and to my delight they fixed it. (even though technically the warranty was voided)

Hi, i got the same problem and i succes to fix it.
First, connect you O3D with the usb cable on your computer and go on recovery mod ( seach on google how to do this )
After, go on LG Update and select this option :
( i'm french and i use the french version but i think it's : )
-"Client Support" and select : Restauration ( or something like that )
-Enter your IMEI and SN.
Good luck.

thanks i was able to fix my optimus 3d too
it was stuck in clockworkmod recovery.
over here i found out how to get the phone into serial usb mode (volume up and power for like 6sec)
and was able to use the official emergency recovery from lg update software.

Guys I have an Asus Memo Pad HD 7 8GB
Model number : ME173x
Android version : 4.2.2
Kernal Version : 3.4.5
I have this problem with my tablet is that it freezes with a white screen randomly when i am working. It happen when I am playing games, listening to music, and sometime when I am just sliding through the menu. I tried hard resetting and deleting he cache as mentioned as some fixes for this problem. But it keeps happening.
# and I encountered another problem. When I go to the recovery mode, I see the Android bot lying with the chest open saying 'no command'.
I looked at some guides and tried to install a custom ROM. I successfully rooted my device. BUT no matter how I follow the tutorials I can't continue from there. I don't know how to install CWM to my device ....
can anyone pleas help me to do this ?

I tried copying CWM.img file to the SD card and boot via recovery mode ... but then again the bot laying with the chest open pops up ...

Are you able to access fastboot mode from bootloader menu?
If no, Enable USB Debugging in Developer Options from Settings.
Make sure you have your phone's drivers installed in your phone.
Install Minimal ADB and fastboot.
Then connect your phone to PC. Open the shortcut of Minimal ADB and fastboot.
Type:
Code:
adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
From here, now you can boot up CWM.img and do whatever flashing you want from the tutorials you saw.

I have been reading a lot on xda developers about how to root,back up and flash a custom rom. I Successfully rooted my phone and got the supersu app too . I downloaded a few apps like greenify and fullscreen to test the waters of rooting . I also downloaded rom manager , TWRP & helium . Everything was going smooth when i was trying to make a back up from rom manager it wasnt letting me and phone would just reboot when i tried .
Then i was getting a little restless and tried to work on TWRP to install a recovery and an option that was on top of install a recovery . It gave me few options to which i said yes ( something related to back up in sd card ) . Then it asked me to press yes to reboot and since then my phone gets stuck at the samsung logo screen and if i press volume down + power + home then it gives me a screen where it says " downloading... do not turn off target !!" . On this screen the current binary is custom and so is the system status .
No other key combination that i know of is working .
PLEASE HELP .

[Completed] Lenovo A536 Problem

Hello everyone this is my first post on this forum.Greetings to everyone!
I have Lenovo A536 android 4.4 smartphone rooted with Kingroot app
I tried to update vibeUi this morning despite the warning of rooted device:angel:.Update failed and i removed the battery when screen stopped cause device didnt turn off from power button
>Phone now enters only Boot recovery menu and reaches till lenovo logo.The phone doesnt recognise SD Card
I tryed to wipe data/factory defaults and cache so far from boot recovery menu.The other options didnt work.
>Tried so far stock roms A536_S175_150105_ROW
, A536_S147_140910_ROW with Smart Phone Flash Tool a
nd Sp Flash Tool without any luck.Also Installed SDK Tools with 4.4.2 and run through CMD line
but commands wont respond.(trying adb bridge)
Please provide me with info explain me with details what should i do, because i am total amateur using
android tools.I know it was dumb to do those things to phone so i am paying the price now (The warranty of the phone is on if i messed it badly).

OPPO R7 Plus, Can't get recovery mode after flash new ROM

Hi everybody,
After i flashed "R7sfSpectrum_V1.1_Beta_patch_005_006" using TWRP v3.0.2 on my OPPO R7 Plus (my biggest mistake) there are a lot of issue...
- Unknown issue google play service
- can't connect to camera
- can't config sound setting, silence incoming call, can't adjust volume
- many app crash
- etc.
Then i try to flash back to my favour ROM but i can't access to recovery mode
- Volume down + Power --> Can't access
- Fastboot (Windows 10) ---> Can't verify fastboot device
- Factory reset --> Can't complete process, the phone reset itselft within few second
- Oppo tools > One key root > Can't complete
my expectation is go to recovery mode and after that i'll fixed it, but now I cant
Please help me as soon as possible. (I use this phone in main business)

Why would you flash an R7S Project Spectrum on an R7 Plus in the first place?!?
You are saying you can't access recovery but can you access fastboot?

The reason is I only need to try ROM from oppo development. I use CM13 for a year before I flash Project spectrum.
Now it seem like this rom have many issue and I don't know why I cant get into Fastboot, Unlock Bootloader, Recovery mode or another way to access development mode. I can't root, wipe, flash. I try 1-click root program such as KingoRoot, RootGenius but it's have nothing change. The program said "Your device is too hard to root".
Now I have no choice and waiting for help come.... Y_Y

You we're not even answering my first question...
And your provide confusing information!!
First you said you flashed R7S Project Spectrum ROM onto an R7 Plus device! Where there is clearly an R7 Plus Project Spectrum ROM.
Than you post information about R7S.
Than you link to one of my forum threads about oppo decision.
My honest recommendation for you.
Throw your oppo phone into the trash and go and buy yourself an iPhone...

I'm sorry to leave you confused. I have no intention of doing that.
Maybe it's because I'm not good in English. And I was in a panic.
1) I am a rookie that making a mistake, installed incorrectly and non-specific Rom.
2) I can't access fastboot. When I input "Fastboot devices" it"s return no response.
I am not confident in myskills, Then I decided to send my oppo phone to the service center.
