Downgrade JB 4.3 to JB 4.1.2 (SUCCESS) - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi,
I'm from India and I'm a MTS CDMA user so I used USC SCH-R530U 4.1.1 but someday I find Jellybean 4.3 for my device and I upgraded my device to Jellybean 4.3 and all is working fine like charm but after upgraded MTS CDMA working fine but Reliance CDMA Call & SMS working fine but Reliance data not working, then I call seller and they told me Reliance CDMA data, sms & call working only Jellybean 4.1 & 4.1.2. Then I'm trying to downgrade and I search lots of lots in google for downgrade 4.3 to 4.1 or search everywhere but no solution is available and then I also try myself research and I start research stock firmware and result is negative, I done downgrade to Jellybean 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 but baseband unknown and hardware version missing so network does not work but I can't stop and I research again and again and thats why my sleep is gone. My problem is not KNOX bootloader, if any way to possible downgrade Jellybean 4.1.2 with KNOX I don't have any problem but this way is not available then I root Jellybean 4.3 and remove KNOX app but thats does not mean downgrade is working. Then again I research and try and fail and fail and fail but suddenly 2day I got solution and made downgrade from Jellybean 4.3 to 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 and after downgrade all are working fine like charm and also I root my Jellybean 4.1.2

And you can unlock your bootloader and everything now?

I think this is likely irrelevant to our phone as it is the locked bootloader Verizon put on our version that prevents us from downgrading our phone, not Knox. I don't believe the USC version has the same locked bootloader.

No, I can't unlock bootloader. I just downgrade my OS and after downgrade all are working fine expect bootloader and I don't need to unlock my bootloader. I just want to downgrade 4.3 to 4.1 and 4.1 rooted and after downgrade my Problem is gone. Now I'm using Jellybean 4.1.2 and rooted. I don't install any ROM cause I don't need that but I think ROM also can Install now, hopefully.

I have s3 phone on 4.3 my reliance data not work pls provide my solution how to downgrade 4.3 to in 41. Or 4.1.3

How to do it?

I am using R530U CDMA mobile on Reliance network using OMH sim card. With 4.3 update data not working. Will data work without modem or bootloader downgrade?

Running baseband 4.4.2 NE1 locks the BootLoader and makes it nearly impossible to downgrade back to anything other than what your currently on. Your only option to downgrade is jtag service. You cannot downgrade to 4.1.2 unless you want to hard brick the phone

Why would you not want Jelly Bean 4.1?
I think you need to unlock the bootloader, install a custom bootloader, then you can flash a prerooted ROM
My problem in rooting is I have 1.94.631.3
I expect Rogers will not see 4.0.4 for a long time.

Rogers didn't limit us like AT&T did with our southern users. Go to htcdev.com, register and unlock your bootloader. Once complete, you can push TWRP via fasboot to your phone. From there, you can boot into recovery via bootloader and flash a custom ROM that is already rooted for you.

AFAIK, JB is still a work in progress, I think OP is looking for something stable for a DD. You're right about that last part though, Canadian carriers are stupid slow in getting updates pushed to their users.
I read if you go 4.04 you will have setting issues with LTE when you upgrade to 4.1
I also read CynogenMod 10 is pretty stable not too many complaints, daily updates.
If I read right the process where you unlock the bootloader, push TWRP should work with my device too ....
It should not matter I have 1.94.631.3
Maybe I am waiting for nothing.

When stable builds of JB get released, I'm sure the dev community will be able to troubleshoot any issues.
It's only the AT&T version of the HOX that is locked down. All other variants (to my knowledge) are unlockable through htcdev.com. Once you have an unlocked bootloader, you will be able to flash TWRP and then a new ROM.
But I don't want to lost all my setting , apps , msg , ect . ...

I am not sure will it let you to OTA but you should be able to flash it via odin.

But be careful it might mess with he radios and you have to flash it back to cricket.

It would help to put up what kind of Android version you're on. Just simply putting your kernel version doesn't help at all.

Dude, you ARE on Jelly Bean. Android 4.1.x - 4.3.x is all Jelly Bean.
As for changing the kernel version, there isn't much of a choice for Android 4.1.2. You'd have to root it and use a different Android version if you really want a different kernel version (doesn't matter honestly).
Read about rooting and unlocking boot loader , flashing a Rom, and updating your bootloader (modem). I like 4.1.2 Roms, Obsessed Rom, TKRom, Clean 7 Rom, and Synergy. Each have themes that are great. Read up on rooting, unlocking boot loader, flashing Rom and changing basebands BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ON YOUR DEVICE. Each carrier and model is not the same so make sure you only follow directions for your specific device model and carrier, if not you will most likely have a paperweight. Good Luck.
Lean kernel , KT747, and a few others have 4.1.2 kernels available.

If your bootloader is locked - no root for 4.4.4 yet, if ever
If your bootloader is unlocked, you can flash a custom recovery and root.
Cannot downgrade from 4.4.4 and it does not matter if your bootloader locked or unlocked

If you buy an unlock code from china and unlock your phone (please note that during unlocking the bootloader your phone will be reset and wiped, including pictures and other user files) then you can flash custom recovery and root.
Even unlocked and rooted, you will not be able to downgrade - you are stuck on 4.4.4.
For unlocking and flashing custom recovery read this post:
