Turns but does not start!

Hello, good morning friends! I'm from Brazil and I'm using Google translator to be able to help me. My N8000 arrived yesterday here in my residence, however it gets stuck at boot (restarting / not off and not start Android) I upgraded the rom, however not solved. My doubts would be doing the installation of CWM solve? What is the procedure to clean?
For an excerpt from the guide forum is in bold red letters: "WARNING - When you downgrade from ICS to JB most probably you will get stuck at the Samsung Logo and your device will not boot, You will need to go into recovery and of a complete wipe & reset to boot
So always backup your data before flashing the ROM "assuming this is the problem, as I reported earlier because he did not start.
Remember: I did an update via Odin with the rom 3:07 "N8000UBCMA2_N8000ZTOCMA2_ZTO" and odin not reported any errors.

If you couldn't start from the 1st time you turned on there may be a problem with the tablet... I wouldn't have flashed anything, I'd have returned it....
Don't root it or you will void your warranty.

[Q] After Flash Stock Firmware unable to boot up

First ....Sorry for my bad english and i am using Moto G XT1033 (unlocked bootloader)
Actually my phone light sensor suddenly has problem, so I reboot and then it wont boot into system, It can enter recovery but goes blank..reflashing stock also failed....

i used following firmwares(4.4 & 4.3) to insatl in my moto g
1) RETAIL-AS_FALCON_KXB20.25-1.31_cid7_CFC_1FF.xml
2) fastboot_falcon_asia_ds_user_4.3_14.10.0Q3.X-84-7-LCG-4_4_release-keys-cid7-AsiaRetail_03
i flashed every thing is correctly by manual
i executed each cmd carefully and finished with "OKAY" massage....
after rebooting it will struck in boatloader warning logo, after 5 sec., ful black screen was appeared ... after 5sec., restarting...
and same thing happen continuously....
i faced this problem last 15days back
now i was hope less... this mobile is my moms gift
i dont know what should i do now...
plz help me out of this problem..

I understand that you are worried because your phone is nothing more worth than a brick at the moment.
But is it really neccessary to open 5 threads for the same issue? You can just push one of these threads to to top after a certain amount of time.
Then all Tips n Tricks you get will be all in one thread and also all explenations on questions you give.

Atrix 2 - unable to install ROM

Hi,
One of my friend rooted my motorola atrix 2 and now when I thought of flashing a new ROM, I jeopardize myself.
First of all which one is the best ROM for it(looking for the stock preferably as it runs smoothly otherwise any ROM will do fine) second what is the procedure of installing that ROM?
CONDITION of my phone :
factory reset, showing lock screen but i am unable to unlock now, in fastboot mode it is showing a black screen with some texts as "fastboot mode : flash failure"
I am totally noob in this field so i don't know much. So please help me out

cannot unlock the lockscreen? can you put a SIM card in and try again?
