So this is how my lockscreen is normally:

But after a while of usage, I haven't determined how long, but somehow, the lockscreen background gets cropped, and becomes like this:

Didn't it because it might be too big for viewing, even after resizing. So once this happens I've got to reset the background by going back into Gallery and setting the original image as the background again.
Is there a solution to this problem?

I just had a quick question in regards to screen rotation on the Transformer and wanted to see if everyone else is having the same result.
On my home screen I have both icons and widgets. When I rotate the tablet to go from landscape to portrait, or vice versa, it successfully changes the screen orientation; however, it causes the icons to take a second to reload and the widgets take a bit longer, almost as if they have to "boot up" again. Is this normal for Honeycomb and is everyone else seeing this happen?
The widgets I have that I am referring to in particular are the gmail and mail widgets, alongside the calendar widget.
I am un-rooted and running stock honeycomb with no custom launchers or anything. I just wanted to see if this was normal behavior, or something that only I am experiencing. Thanks.
Yep, it's normal. Mine does it also.
Hi,
Just got HTC One X today and immediately updated to JB. After installing my apps and setting it up, I noticed that certain widgets would disappear from my home screen (Nova Launcher) and from lock screen (WidgetLocker). Only certain widgets - Battery Widget Reborn, Power Toggles, Smooth Calendar. After a reboot, they show up as grey boxes and I would have to tap and setup the widget again. Also noticed that SwiftKey would no longer be set as default keyboard and I would have to disable/re-enable to be able to choose it again.
Messed around and it's the same behavior with the stock launcher but with that, they the widgets just disappear altogether.
I did a system erase and pretty much nothing installed, same behavior. I've played with every setting to see if that had an effect but no different.
Has anyone encountered this or have any ideas on what's going on?
Thanks in advance.
Jeff
Whatever I try to set the home screen wallpaper to it just ends up being a complete black wallpaper. Has anybody experienced this, and can suggest what to do?
I had the same problem. Mine was caused by disabling the Mi Wallpaper app while debloating and reenabling reverted it (after reboot).
Hi,
I have a quite anoing issue with any of a animated wallpappers that I would like to set on my phone.
The issue is, that when i set a live wallpaper (stock or Zedge), when I tap the screen when it is on, the wallpapper pause. When I tap again it starts animating again.
The big question here is, if it is possible to somehow turn the live wallpapper on, that my taping on screen won't make it pause, and the animation will work continuosly?
I am looking for a thread like this over the internet but can't find any answer.
I will just add that the phone is not rooted or no other things had bean made with it.
Crossing fingers for a solution form You!
Just noticed that when I apply a wallpaper it gets cropped on my home screen but not on my lock screen. Is this normal? Anything I can do about this?
Really annoying losing part of the image.
apply with stock wallpaper picker and turn off wallpaper scroll. use "set both" option
Tried every way possible. Lock screen shows properly but home screen gets cropped every time
Update, rebooting seems to fix it.
