Hello, I was trying to follow the steps on this guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2492952) and I think I made a mistake, I wanted to post a comment but it says I need to follow the 10 post rule, so is there anyone out there willing to help me with my problem, I'm new to rooting and swapping internal and sd cards. I really need someone's help right now :crying:

I have read a lot of topics and replies from this community, but i still don't know how can i change my ROM...i've downloaded one, but someone told me that i need to use Hard SPL OilPro, but i can't get the ideea. Can someone, please, explain me in easy steps what i need to do? i know it;s not hard, but....

HARD SPL MEANS YOU HAVE TO TELL THE PHONE TO ACCEPT A ROM CHANGE THE SECURITY ON THE PHONE AND LOSE YOUR WARRENTY.
U NEED TO RE READ THE INFORMATION ON THE CHANGING ROM. IT VERY IMPORTANT UNDERSTAND AND GET IT RIGHT IF YOU GET IT WRONG YOU CAN BRICK YOUR PHONE.
HAVE YOU CHECKED THE WIKI IF YOU DONT FIND A ANSWER TRY THE SITE BELOW THE HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON CHANGING ROM

I am very new to all this. Is there a idiots guide to explain what things mean? I have a post about 3.1 to 3.2. I do not understand everything I am told to do and would like to before I start. This way if I have a question I can ask properly. Any help would be great.

Well, first of all thou shall introduce thyself!
Secondly, try to use less dots?!
Thirdly, when asking for help, try to do so in a polite manner, using full length words; it's easier for all of us to read what you said instead of trying to understand what the heck does "thing n e way" mean.
There's a guide in my signature. Read it, afterwards come back with more questions if you still have.

pls pls pls read it once or twice in your case

Hi all! This is my first post so I'm hoping I put this in the right spot. I tried to post in something I felt was a better spot but I could not post because it's my first post.
I have searched and this lead me to xda-developers. come. I did find this posting.

I've also tried srs onclick and no exploits seem to work.
So my questions are these
Is the guide irrelevent for me?
How do you safely backup everything you need before you root in cause you get bricked
Is there a way to root my device?
All I really want to do is swap the memory to the sd card!
I'hv exactly the same version , I cant find any guide for it.

Hi guys. Im not going to lie, im a noob when it comes to rooting, so I turned here to ask for help. Now, let me explain my whole issue. Lets start with, i cant unlock my bootloader. I also cant get into flash mode on flashtool which would allow me to downgrade, and and then root my phone from there. So yeah, I cant do anything honestly. I would love it if someone would be kind enough to help me with a step by step instruction guide, or even live assistance?. I already google'd for about 2-3 hours now, and can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! @edit: I saw a mod (I think?) post on another thread and say that this isn't the right place to ask. Sorry about this! Im really new to this, but I would love some help!
