are your set rooted?
The linked arab rom use this version of RUU
radio version:7.47.35.17
which is the Europe version.

search the firmware 3.12 and download the 2.3.4ROM...and then flash the 3.12 firmware first and then the ROM...it is risky, be careful....
Please, i`m searching stock htc chacha rom 1.54.401.3 can`t find it anywhere???

You could flash an older version (e.g. 1.33) and then OTA update to 1.54

This can help as well if you have custom recovery (since you can use RUU only if you have stock recovery). I did it this way and then updated over the air to the latest stock version.

This is a lower version of HBOOT - 2.35.
Jelly bean has higher version - 3.1(Im not quite sure about last two numbers...

Just to clarify, my phone in unbranded and S3 model. Custom ROM I have is Jellybean based from one of the 3 available.
We have to wait till someone do a proper RUU for Jelly Bean... /:
My base is 4.1.1. (original stock, with TWRP recovery and root) and I would also like to flash OTA 4.1.1 (meaning -just a normal re-flash)

No. i m not S-off and dnt have superCID. becz i m not not stock ruu so unable to s-off. currently i m on CM9.1
CID is SKT__901

in a quick search i have found only gb ruu.exe
but while you are on S-ON you can't downgrade
i think it doesn't exist one for ics
you can do this
s-off the device
supercid
install the gb ruu
then do the official update from phone info

How can i S-Off. i m not on stock Rom.
following is the requirement of Juopunutbear S-OFF method.
2. Be on the Stock RUU. No other ROMs are supported, Fresh ROM will not work regardless of what you have read elsewhere.
thats why i was searching for my stock ics rom. i have tried diffrent RUU but no success..
can i skip this step?

flash it from recovery
i suggest to use 4ext recovery and before flashing the rom enable smartflash from it
use the one in first post

You made a little mistake, it is 911 (not 901), because the CID x.xx.911.x - SK Telecom (South Korea)
RUU_Pyramid_SKT_KR_1.46.911.4 is the only one I have found at Persian hTC
Unfortunately BugsyLawson has stopped working, and I do not expect it to come back.
