I think I was using this ? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devasque.fmount I am not completely sure.
Was pretty straight forward, but be sure your OTG drive is fast enough. I used a slow SD from Sandisk (with meenova, but not its fault, its the slow SD) and for example Asphalt was lagging due to it....

I don`t understand!
When using a MicroSD Card, it has to be formatted as FAT32.
I would imagine that a USB stick would have to be as well.

My brother uses this usb pen with his tablet (acer iconia a510) ... why the same usb pen doesn't work with mine gtab ?
They have the same usb otg function !

Hello guys, 1 month ago i bought samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 16gb 3G, but i have some really questions, maybe u guys know about this things?
1. I put few photos in it, in internal driver, i put 16gb sd card... and my galaxy tab some times lagging, cant put normaly some flash screen, how to solve it? ;(
2. Does it's support 64gb usb flash stick? or just max 32gb
3. And What apps are best, for best using table?

As far as SD cards go I would stick with 32gb max. The lagging can be solved with Apex launcher, it will run smoother.
Apps are apps, what ever you like. All current apps at play store are compatible on this Tab. Have not heard much about apps not running on this Tab.

OKey thanx, by the way, i read somewhere that tab 2 can read 64gb microsd.. But other thing i know that 500gb hard drive wont work.. but what about 64gb... Maybe anyone will know :/
Have not tried it personally but i read that 64 sd cards work if formatted in s2 or s3 and Sandisk cards are the best

do you wanna say that you want something that connect your hdd with tab ?
i don't think it can happen cos hdd is a high electricity consuming device as compared to a usb flash drive of 32 or 16 or 64 gb so i think it is not possible

Brother if you wanna have files on move then i think you should carry a highh capacity flash drive
This phone has all the API for otg support...But O/S does not support otg....Can any one help me out...

Sorry,the solution you have provided doesn't seems to work on my device....since otg helper says No mount drives....Any how i checked your method....i used Root Explorer to navigate but still failure
May be reasons for that is Your phone's chipset doesn't support OTG

I have a Coolpad Modena phone.
Recently I have bought a Kingston pendrive duo, 32Gb, with USB 3.0 and Micro usb connectors.
From the manufacturer's website, it appears that my phone supports Usb OTG features, but the pendrive not working. I tested it also with an Usb Otg cable and adapter, also not working.
I tested the pendrive with an older phone (Wife's Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime), and it works without problems.
So, is there a possibility to make my flashdrive working with my phone? Should I search a custom rom that would fix it?
