Don't think Mahdi has this feature (which is integrated into handy apps like PowerAmp or Headset Controller)

Hey guys I am wondering if you have or know of a registry change to make the phone broadcast music to the bt connected device like the a regular bt headset Example the Plantronics 655. for when you don't want to have a headset covering both ears ?
like A2DP?

google for BTAudio, it's a small software that redirects all ppc audio to bluetooth (you don't need stereo bt hearphones nor ad2p)
I will try it
I found blue tooth Audio v1.0
and will try it and see how that works.
thank you for the recommendation.
Works like a charm
thank you again.
thank you

Get yourself an A2dp headset. Pair it to your device and you're done.

I paired them and I started Media Player. But no sound in headset.
I have a BlueTrek G2 bluetooth-headset. I think I must install first a special driver (widcomm??) to hear music through this type of device.

No, you should not have to do this. A2DP works really well out of the box, I've paired it to 3 different A2DP devices issues. Do you have MS VoiceCommand installed? I have had conflicts with MS VoiceCommand and A2DP where after using VC no sound comes out from A2DP, but I haven't had the time to play around and figure what prompts the issue as it doesn't happen consistently.
EDIT: It wasn't MS VoiceCommand that was causing my issues. It was having the phone on vibrate. That stops sound from coming over A2DP, as does pressing the volume down button (duh, stupid me).
I just paired it, and it worked (Jabra BT620s.) Make sure you check the correct box for what feature to use when pairing.
does it work at samsung wep210 any setting need to change?
Hmmm... I can not make it work with my car stereo (Pioneer DEH-P75BT).
Anyone succeded in making it work with Pioneer car stereo DEH series?
P75BT just sits there and waits for connection, even if it is already connected and functional as handsfree device...

Handsfree and A2DP are two different things. The Bluetooth Handsfree profile is intended for making phone calls (speak). That's your old school lousy quality mono headset. The A2DP profile on the other hand has decent quality stereo streaming but is only supported by newer devices.
Are you sure your Pioneer supports the 'real' A2DP? And if it supports both, Handsfree and A2DP, make sure you select the right service when connecting.
Hmmm... here's quote from device's brochure:
Make calls and stream music via your Bluetooth CD Tuner - the DEH-P75BT supports both handsfree and audio profiles from your mobile phone.
But, good question is does music streaming support real A2DP... Wireless stereo might not be A2DP compatible...
Hey guys,
I have tried 2 Stereo BT headsets, and neither one will switch tracks when I use the audio manager to play music. They both work fine if I play music using WMP, but Audio Manager is a no go. Are there any tricks to get this to work, or is it just not a function it will do?
Thanks for the help guys!
That's odd, my Moto S9s work for me. Maybe try re-pairing the headsets?

Really? I have the S9 and a Sony Ericsson. I will repair when I get home and give it another go.
That worked! I guess it was just acting up.
Thanks!

Some possibilities...
The phone profile for bluetooth (mono) is different from the music player profile for bluetooth (stereo). It is possible that
the music (A2DP) profile is not working for your rom. Look for A2DP bluetooth support wherever you got the rom from.
You could check if your rom can talk to a bluetooth A2DP (stereo) headphone/headset. Also make sure your car stereo supports A2DP too (it probably does).
Alternatively you could play music using the mono profile
using something like Super BT Mono app which has a free trial.
If you listen to audiobooks/podcasts this might be ok. I know
this works for Froyo, not sure for honeycomb.

I doubt if this will work. Probably needs a driver for the Android
which does not exist.
