Hello there I'm currently having a issue with my sensation xe.
Ive downgraded the hboot to 1.17 so I can network unlock the phone completely as it was locked to o2.
The problem I now have is that when I go to flash the android revolution hd rom the phone gets stuck in a boot loop ( stalls at htc logo )
I've tried a complete factory reset in the recover mode and wiped the catches installed superwipe before installing android revolution hd and it still gets stuck in a boot loop.
Below are the current stats of the phone if anyone can help me fix this issue thanks.

upgrade your firmware again to ics
flash 3.33 universal from here

follow the instructions to the letter
and before flashing check md5 sums(important)

I have a massive problem and need help please. I have a brand new htc sensation xe. I wanted to root the phone so firstly unlocked the bootloader from the htc website. I then used super one click to gain root access. Then using rom manger premium I tryed installed LeeDroid. Once installed i tryed booting the phone after the htc logo scrren the phone would resatrt. I then installed Dark Forset+sensation rom. What happened this time was the htc logo would continuosly display so i have to pull the battery out to restart the phone. ONE THING I REALISED WAS THAT MY PHONE DISPLAYS S-ON . What can i do please help ?

I use ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.0.8, its fast and easy to operate.

flash any rom ant flash boot.img manually.... fastboot flash boot boot.img
I have lately decide to root my htc sensation Z710a and install Android revolution HD XE at first it seems to install fine asking me about the options i want and then when i decide to reboot it gets stuck at the beats audio logo. I have forgot to make a back up ( its stupid i know) so all i can do is go into the bootloader.
Here is what it says in at the top of the bootloader

of course you'll get bootloop...also you phone is never bricked until you have bootloader
the reason is you have an old firmware...update it to ICS firmware (if you flashed ARHD 6.x series)

get 3.32 firmware from the thread...and follow steps 4 and 5 from this thread to update the firmware
then reboot and you are good to go
one suggestion : READ READ READ until you understand completely

Thank you so much i thought i had stuffed up my phone!
So I was being stupid and didn't read all the instructions while I was trying to flash a PG58IMG for ICS and I think I installed the wrong version for me. Now I'm stuck in a bootloop but I CAN access the recovery and hboot. I don't know what to do now.

Do you have a ics Rom flashed to match the ics firmware? If you still have gb this will put you into bootloop . Flash the ics firmware which is 3.32 or 3.33 then flash the ics Rom. You must remove the pg58img file after you flash Also or it will continue to try to upgrade the file over and over . I hope this helps you.

I'll try flashing 3.33 or 3.32 then flashing the ROM, thanks.
Right now it's stuck at the boot "htc" logo, It's been like this for about 4 mins, is this normal on updating the firmware?
EDIT: It has been about 15 mins now and I recided to go into hboot and the message thing at the top was changed. Now it reads:

and at the end after the "sd checking", it says "Battery voltage is too low! Please change a battery..."
Not sure if has anything to do with my problem, but its worth putting out there.
No this is not normal. Charge your device, update firmware 3.32 or 3.33, now you WILL have a bootloopv if your on a gb Rom, so update to a ics Rom. This should solve the bootloop. When updating with a pg58img file you place it on the root of your sd card, pull battery put battery back in then press power and volume at the same time then press power to accept update it will automatically update .remove the pg58img file at this point or it will continue to try to update. I really hope this helps. Sometimes it takes up to 5 or so minutes for the first boot of a Rom but after that I would say it's too long if you're still waiting. Have you done all these steps? With the correct firmware?are you wiping before your flash? It should work smoothly with these steps? Once your charged go over steps again make sure your not missing a step. Hope this helps

keep in mind one thing... you must use matching firmware/rom.. i mean for example
- Firmware 3.33 Universal / (ICS)
- Firmware 1.17 Universal / (GB)
so if you're on ICS you must be on 3.33 fw, that should do the trick

Had stock ROM and Rooted Via HTCdev and CWM'd with HTC one X AIo Kit. Phone was working perfectly until I installed ROM Toolkit and decided to change fonts. Afterwards, the phone got stuck on the boot logo, but I can access bootloader and recovery mode via CWM. I can't install PG58IMG even that i have tried several versions, including 3.24, 3.30, 3.32 & 3.33.
When detecting PG58IMG I get this:
SD Checking..........
Loading.....[PG58DIAG.zip]
No image!
Loading......[PG58DIAG.nbh]
No Image or wrong image!
Loading.....[PG58IMG.zip]
Parsing.....[PG58IMG.zip]
Then turns back to bootloader menu
Any help will be really appreciated.

While being SON you can't I mean you CAN'T flash a firmware.
Now follow the "flashing roms with SON" guide by asskickar.. In sensation general section of.. To the letter

You're using old bootloader (HBOOT).
Not all ROMs are compatible with it.
Use 7.00.0002.
Wipe data (factory reset) before installing a ROM.

Are you sure you wiped everything except the SD card?
Can't see any other reason for errors after boot.
