hey I wanted to update my mobile but I knew there was some issues with the 4.2.2
so I wated for the 4.4. to be released so is there a capablity to update it to the official 4.4.2
and if there is a way can you tell how and provide with the links

Most probably there won't be any LP update for that device.

It's better to upgrade before rooting your device. Do you want a stock firmware from Samsung or a custom rom? Because Lollipop is not available yet for AT&T Galaxy S3.
