Hello everyone, i've been getting an error message lately on whatsapp about my history being corrupted.
First of all, I have a Samsung Galaxy SL i9003 rooted and flashed with cyanogenmod 11 4.4.2.
When i was receiving these corrupted messages all i had to do was click yes and it would restore them and take me to whatsapp again but this morning however when i'm clicking on yes, it shows me that it is restoring but i get the pop up that whatsapp has stopped & i can't open it.
I've tried restoring like 4 or 5 times but still i get the same pop up that Whatsapp has unexpectedly closed. I really need my messages that's why i am trying to restore them.
Do you think it is the cyanogenmod that's causing this?

hi guys recently rooted my samsung galaxy tab P1000 and uninstalled logsprovider(i saw in an internet thread it is safe to uninstall). Facing problems after that:cant see logs at all, this message shows up "android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly". is there anyway that i can install this back? did a lot of research on google and tried lot of stuff but nothing worked..
Android 2.3.3 is running now in the device

I encountered some trouble while trying to install CyanogenMod 7.2. I installed it, rebooted the device, but the OS was continuosly loading ( the circle was circling, then a quick reset, and back to that ).
Since i made a backup in went to recovery mode, loaded up my original backup, but when i start the phone all i get is the Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 message and the samsung message underneath it, but it wont boot up.
I have also tried restoring it to factory settings and that did not work either.
If anybody has a solution for this i would greatly appriciate it!

EDIT2 : Got CyanogenMod working, but i would very much rather go back to the original OS, need your help !
this was started when i started using CM on my gt-19300 samsung galaxy s3 and whenever i tried to restore my app with TB something always goes wrong android.process.acore has stopped and i can't call and go to the contacts.. i tried many solutions available but didn't seem to have luck... last i was using CM 12 lolipop and faced the same problem again... any idea fells??
I have apparently killed my Note 3 SM-N900T. I was trying to install a new ROM/OS and now all I can do is get into TWRP but it won't let me install any of the zip files. It keeps coming back with an error message saying it failed. I have tried multiple downloads including the DarkLord and the original Samsung, but nothing seems to work. I can't get into Smart Switch even though I have the IMEI number. It's asks for the S/N which is not listed under the battery. Someone please help!!! Here is the list of what I have tried loading:

N900TUVUFOL1_N900TTMBFOL1_TMB-v5.0.1

I can also get into Odin, but it only goes the the "downloading now" screen and it's not downloading anything. I spent over an hour on the phone with T-Mobile and Samsung and they were no help at all. I just need to know how I can get any OS/ROM to load.

My perents bought me galaxy s7 SM-G930FD dual sim from an original samsung store in HONG KONG, after one mounth of using the devies, over night the galaxy made an update and after it he was gone. a lot of necessary app crashing when the galaxy is turning on, it doing a lot off resets by itself, some times going directly to recovery mode by itself.
I try to pluged it to SMAT SWITCH and to do a hard restore but when it try to install the restore, on the blur screeen of android he wrote *erasing....* when it reach 33% and then he stoped making any restore.
its a new phone and nothing happend to it before the update.
- I try flashing with ODIN to the latiest firmware from samobile= same erasing process.
- I try many thing= same erasing process.
- If the phone make it and start, a lot of windows poping with "unfortantly..google store stop" or different app crashing when the phone start until it reset itself.
right now : after hard restore from SMART SWITCH on G930FXXU1BPKF.

Greetings and welcome to xda. If Odin and emergency firmware recovery in smartswitch don't work then I am out of ideas. I do know it is possible to change the firmware on your device, there is a thread on it in the s7 forums. Why not ask your question here
