i had try it and my XE look like XL
and i delete the line again in the build.prop
because XE screen is too small for navigation bar
but it was awesome

No,you need to set "qemu.hw.mainkeys" to 1 (which is "qemu.hw.mainkeys=1")
After reboot,you can delete that line or just leave it there

Now i have a defective unit (i have a dead touch area and the hardware softkeys aren't working) so i had to enable the virtual keys.

Download Build Prop Editor from Play Store, it's free and easy to use.
Then open the application, and touch +
Fill the 'PROPERTY NAME' with 'ro.semc.enable.fast_dormancy'
Fill the 'PROPERTY VALUE' with 'false'
Touch 'Add'
Open menu in the lower right corner, and choose 'Reboot'.
Finish.

What is Fast Dormancy?
"Firstly a little explanation on what FD actually is.
When your phone is connected via data (not wifi) your phone needs to enter certain states in order to maintain this connection. If your Operator does not have FD support or you have it disabled, then basically your states are just connected or not connected. What this means is that every time your phone connects to data, it will have to go through all of its internal functions in order to achieve the connection and perform the data transfer. This is slow and obviously the more processing that is required, the more the hit on battery."

Yes, with my pleasure.
No sir, data dormancy will be turned off if we connected to WiFi network..so in 2G it will also active..
Then you can apply this way to solve your problem.

I just bought my XL so I didn't tried yet, but try this:
In some phones you can disable Fast Dormancy by dialing *#*#9900#*#* and select “Disable fast dormancy”.

[Q] [st26]xperia softkey in xperia j,possible

It's a Stupid Question but it make the screen capture more profession (at least what I think)
This is the situation,[Xperia J,4.1.2,Rooted,Unlock BL]
In 4.0,I can enable it,but it's android default style and the size is large
Now I am in 4.1, I know how to change the button style.still not the size but now,I even can't enable it...

Please do not say it, hit it.
Use another launcher, default launcher not optimized for using OSB.

Hehe I was kindly resizing yesterday framework-res.apk for paradox rom. I'm porting it. But I didnt resize it all, I just put some files and I write this in build.prop "ro.sf.lcd_density=240". But I need to do that because paradox rom is mdpi and xj need to be HDPI. But you are going to resize is from HDPI to smaller one ,right? Use link what I post!

Xperia Design/Theme 4.3 (Android KitKat) [only ROOT]

I've made my own Xperia Design for the Xperias with 4.3 with KitKat Design :good:
I Attached some Screenshots for you
I've never made any Mod or apk so say if you like my design
For now it seems to work only for devices with root. I will work for this issue!!
I've spend a lot of time to create this design so I'll be very gratful for any donation!

Just Download the apk in the attachments and install it. Use it in your Homescreen like any other design.

It's android 4.4 theme. To edit rest you must edit framework but it's hard to do if you don't know how to do it.

I install theme again, change five theme, and back to Kit Kat theme, nothing... Theme all time changed only HS and LS...
Xperia Z1 the best.
Be sure that you have ticked the kitkat design in the menu!

Can you tell what is that android icon on left side of notification bar???
And check whether any screen filters like darker are running coz they wont allow to install when they are running..!

And is it pre rooted? And if so or not. Can it be rooted? And finally what android version is it? It should be 4.4.4 right?
