It has an app wifi kill which can disable other's wifi connection to let you enjoy full bandwidth...
I was a regular user on my sensation (on GB) but now when i shifted to ICS, there are some shutdown problems related to OS i suppose...
Can someone re- code it for android 4.0.4 because the app developer stopped the further support on app

He means turn off the wi-fi on your phone. Then close the app and you will be fine.

Thanx to both..

Does it shows time without pairing with smartphone or need to pair to see time like sony liveview?

Please tell me MN2 users!
I believe it needs to be paired with smartphone at least initially bit many functions need syncing with phone.

Yes it does need to be paired... wait and get the SW2. That's what i'm doing.

You can pair them together and then turn bluetooth off on the phone. The time will still show but no other functions will work

Search for dlna. Your phone will need to act as a dlna server. The ps3 will be able to find it and stream from it.

Thank you for the fast response... I searched the play store and found an app called dlna server ..now its running on the phone but the ps3 doesn't seem to see it..do you know what the settings on both ends need to be?

Make sure your phone is on the same WiFi network as the ps3 and try to disable any computer firewall while you get it running.

I'm sorry im wondering if there's a way to connect the two without the use of a router or computer just phone to ps3 nothing else... Again sorry for the confusion

Edon82, unless you connect them in the same network, you won't be able to stream.
It does not do Bluetooth streaming

Any reason why no router? You could try tethering the PS3 to your phone then running the DNLA server.
Is it possible to turn my phone into a repeater? To have a wifi connection and tethering on?

I don't think so. Turning on the wifi hotspot disconnects you from wifi. I'm guessing its a limitation of today's radios.
It sounds like the same piece of hardware can only do one or the other not both.

no, its not possible, your last statement is right.
You can, however, tether internet via Bluetooth while being on WiFi, if the device you want to connect to the phone supports that.
