Hey Folks,
Im working on a rom for the Samsung Galaxy Tab3 7.0 and have a specific issue with the audio output to the on board speakers.
The rom is a port from the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110) and we got it working but there small issues to be fix. (tab was on android 4.2.1 before)
The Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110) only has a single speaker but the Galaxy Tab3 7.0 has two.
Currently the only the left speakers works but not the right one doesn't, the headphone jack works fine.
I have been searching and be switching libs,config files with no success, maybe im looking at the wrong place?
That why im asking your help and maybe someone could help me out or tell me what exacly im searching for and if its withing the kernel or the rom?

Hi,
Just picked up a GT 7.0 Plus and noticing very little activity by way of custom roms specific to the 7.0 plus.
Wondering if the GT 8.9/10.1 ROMs can be used on this device or if anyone has tried it. Thanks in advance.

Won't work because the the 8.9 and the 10.1 are both Tegra 2 devices and the 7+ is Exynos. I believe the 3g/4g version of the 8.9 is powered by the exynos.
Should not be in development.

Good news for us 7 plus users and i have installed it and love it.
Works very fast and smooth, only bluetooth not working.
New rom is CM10.1 jellybean 4.2.1

P3100 is different than the P3110 AFAIK. There are 3 different model #s for the GTab2 7" from what I've seen.

P3100 has 3G and GSM functionality, the speaker grill is in the middle of the top front side (verry different than the one reviewed by engadget)
Havn't tested any roms yet. First I want to root it. Now is at P3100XXLC4, 4.0.3

Hi Guys... I just bought GT P3100, So +1 to the 3100 Gang..
as soon as i booted up the device and played around visting here to root my device..

Hi, hope I´m posting at the right forum Q&A , I have two Samsung 10.1 Galaxy tabs and two Samsung Galaxy phones, I am also 61 years old and my memory capabilities are degrading, it could be an Alzheimer start or maybe just getting older and forgetting some things such as which of my phones and tablets did I flashed with a custom ROM , I look at my Pc and see the Philz touch file and some other rooting and ROM files, the problem i I can´t remember what I did, all four devices are working fine, also they are rooted but I am quite sure I flashed maybe otwo of them but cant remember which one and what ROM I flashed.
Is there a way to know this, just for my mental tranquility.

I have a galaxy tab 3 8.0 wifi and am wanting a different rom, I am currently on stock 4.4.2. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated. Thanks

ROMs for your device are found here. Make sure they are for your exact model number though,

Our tab did not receive a kitkat OTA update .. But the tab 3 did !
If we somehow manage to port tab 3's kitkat os to our device ... It would be something exciting

but samsung did not made 4.4.2 for such hardware so without custom rom you will not be able to do it.
Trying
Tab wasnt made to handle MiUi either but there are a bunch of miui ports to tab 2
So why not a stock 4.4.2
I am trying to port but i am stuck at samsung logo !
I dont know how to use android kitchen . If someone would help me by cooking a kernel , it would be of great help
