Is mutually exclusive with Boomsound. You can have one or the other, but not both.

I have Harmon enabled as well as BoomSound. No Harmon in the settings but it's enabled in my xml so I can hear the difference.

I had to flash the all in one then the setting.zip to show the hk. But no boom sound doh. But I can hear the difference

I can hear the difference. It's worth giving it a shot, disabling it is as easy as flashing another zip in recovery.

worked like a charm

Couldn't get this to work for me..I can't notice a difference and I can't get the option to show on settings..

I've not been able to get it to work on Viper yet, probably because there settings app is very different.

Here is the Viper 1.6 files you wanted. Thanks!!!

This would be great to get working on Viper

I too would love to see this working on Viper 1.6. I listen to a lot of mp3 music format so this would be a great beats replacement option. Anyone who can contribute to making this happen would be a big help to myself and many others.

I did get it working by installing the s-off version and the verizon fix. I then had to add the Harmon Kardon string in the .xml file and all is good. Loving it very much.

I think I'm doing it wrong. lol. When I flash the packages, I'm showing nothing in settings and also have no data. Not sure if I missed something in the threads. S-Off, on Viper 1.6.

Sorry guys, was on Vacation, got home yesterday though and put this together.

Nothing same exact files. There's no apps contained within the zips only the required libs and binary related files from whichever phone the Original Poster from that thread extracted them from.

On the original thread the OP is running a CM9 alpha on his phone with it installed, if that's of any consolation. I don't think it'll break anything. But I can be wrong.
Looks like the op failed at repacking... just use the original one.

Hi. I'm an idiot. How does this work? Are there settings ? Is it headphones only or even through the speakers? Is it only in Music or would it work on say Netflix?
so this does work in cm9?
I flashed it and I don't see anything broken but not sure how it works. I'm at work though so i haven't tried anything. I'll play around to see what it may do

I installed through CWM on CM9. My sound sounds great here at work on work headphones but not sure if its just a placebo effect. I played a Coldplay song through Google Music. That's 320K right?. It sounded pretty awesome but not sure what files I would check since there isn't really an indication that it's on or not

Cool, as long as it doesnt break anything, its all good!
I got a 320 mp3, and actually have a pair of beats headphones, will have to check it out.
Any confirmed way of going back to stock yet? Will a simple reflash of CM9 remove this?
Can confirm it flashed on CM9 without any problems. Didn't test a before and after, but sounds great with Voodoo Sound Plus on stock kernel.
I'm diggin it on CM9, maybe placebo, but I thought our audio couldn't get any better... On a side note, DSP equalizer doesn't seem to work... not sure if that is in general or with this installed though...

ZipThemer works but if you had time to repackage your mods, VRThemer is tons better. Half of the "It didn't work! " posts would be gone as you don't have to load edify. Just a suggestion.

Hey all, I've been a long time Samsung user. Started with the S2 to the S3, Note 2, S4, Note 3, and S5. I missed custom kernels from my Thunderbolt days. Since I am new again to HTC... any ideas or opinions would be cool!

I used to run inverted on my S3 all the time because of the battery saving it provided for the amoled display. Since this is a super lcd display, that's a none issue, and I'm trying to run everything white just because I can.
I'm still running stock because it's so quick. On my S3, stock touchwiz was so slow and buggy I had no choice but to install a new rom.
However, there are many more roms available in the international m8 forum correct? Is there a way to tell if they'll work with our phone? Or do they have to say it's specifically compatible with the Verizon variant? The last thing I want to do is flash something and have it missing the CDMA band needed to get data. Also would super CID basically allow flashing of any rom we wanted.

They'll say if they work for Verizon or not. SuperCID would allow you to flash any carrier Rom, but I doubt you would get data or anything, maybe 1x...that's more for like if you want to take your phone to t-mobile then you would be able to flash a tmobile Rom and be good to go (whether you get LTE or not on tmobile is a diff story).

Yup, stock rooted. Love it. I don't usually flash too often anyway. Just want something as stable and bug free as possible. So I'm thinking I'll probably end up running bonestock or cleanrom. I'm also extremely intrigued by the gpe rom.
I'll start flashing soon, but I generally don't like flashing too often.

Only thing he is missing is eps mode but that is so easy to add via XML ...all you need to do its add another line for a quick setting tile like the rest of them an use value 30. Reboot an then your bone stock will have everything you need plus on the house teathering.

No a lot of people r asking in my firmware/radios thread I started are asking for old radios cause they were stronger for them. With a pull from a phone that still has this we can make a flashable old radios. An some else wants the old firmware to create another safety net for everyone.

No a lot of people r asking in my firmware/radios thread I started are asking for old radios cause they were stronger for them. With a pull from a phone that still has this we can make a flashable old radios. An some else wants the old firmware to create another safety net for everyone.

Volume boost bluetooth

Is there any app that will do this besides Viper sound mod? I think Viper is to bulky just for this purpose.

I succumbed to Viper but it was really for my S5 that I wanted it for. So if your mod will work for that I would try it
