[Q] RILJ Partial Wakelock

Is anyone else getting high RILJ partial wakelock counts causing battery drain? I am using wakelock detector app. Sometimes rebooting and or going into airplane mode and back will fix it temporarily. Is there a fix out there for this on the S5?

You can use the wake lock terminator xposed module. It was happening to me and I ended up doing a factory reset (solved).

Have you actually gotten that to work?? I just tried it and it is not working for me and even purchased the unlock key -__-

SuperUser causing wake locks

On my rooted Note 3 & 10.1 and their battery life has been pretty bad thus far. I installed WakeLock Detector and uninstalled the apps I deemed unnecessary and I greenified the apps I still wanted. Thing is, the 1 app that is still persistently causing Wake locks is the super user app. How do I fix that. I haven't tampered with it because it's most central app on a rooted device.

[Q] Why won't my phone enter Deep Sleep?

I have a Droid 4 running the Unofficial CM11 ROM. I've been using this ROM for a few months now, mainly without issue. Only recently, for some reason, I am getting these uncontrollable wakelocks that cannot be plugged.

Using BBS, I see that I am having issues with GCM_CONN and GCM_CONN_ALARM. They will not allow my phone to sleep. I am using Amplify and Wakelock Terminator, both set to block these guys, but it's not enough to let the phone go into Deep Sleep.
I also heard about Deep Sleep Battery Saver, and I've downloaded that in an attempt to force the phone into Deep Sleep, but that hasn't worked at all as you can see.
Has anyone had any experience quelling wakelocks of this magnitude before? I cannot seem to figure out what is preventing the phone from going into a normal sleep rhythm.

Terrible standby time

Hi does any one knows what is consuming my battery ? I have turn off WiFi put into flight mode install greenify and such but my battery life is still taking a beating.
ROM - Mokee 4.4.4
Kernel - latest xposed
Something (a background process/app/service) is constantly keeping the phone awake (doesn't let it to go to deep sleep state).
Try installing BetterBatteryStats and check wakelocks to see what's causing this.

Uninstall unusual apps and games because many games keep running in background.
Also you can install apps like Wakelock Detector from playstore which will provide you more information about the service that is using battery power.

C2DMHandlerThread Wakelock?

Okay so I have experienced this wakelock since I got this phone and I never really knew what caused it as "Android System" was the top consumer and looked like it was the thing that caused the wakelock.
So today I decided to use Wakelock Detector and I found something called "C2DMHandlerThread" that's hiding in the normal "Android System" bunch of apps in battery management information.
What is it and how do I stop it from waking up my device without factory reset (Which worked for another XDA User)?
Any help is appreciated!
c2dm is an old android API, you'll have to track down the app using it
I also have this wakelock
I also have this wakelock.. did you resolve?
Same on Mate 9. Only getting 30% deep sleep due to this!

Try turning on flight mode during the night, wakelock seems to be gone when it's enabled...

Kind of defeats the purpose of a smartphone for me. Haven't had more than 1% loss at night in a phone for years!
In disable service only thing I can pick that might bd related is in android system > com.huawei.android.pushagentproxy.push service
Scared to disable and maybe brick
I'll make a nandy and try it later on.
Is there a way we might be able to lower the wl frequency or completely turn it off?
