Will there be Xposed Framework for the S5 - Sprint Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Was just wondering, will there be Xposed Framework coming for the SGS5? Or can you just installed it and run it without it being adjusted for the SGS5?

Can the S Health be fixed? I have a gear 2 neo but I need it to sync the pedometer etc

hopefully the Sprint a variant of this phone catches on and get some developer interest so that most of the extra Xposed modding doesn't need to be done

S5 private mode not working with xposed
I fixed by editing the "ro.securestorage.support=false" line to ro.securestorage.support=true but after uninstalling the framework from xposed and a reboot and it worked

Ya know what you can try.... install this app, set SeLinux to permissive, then install/flash the alpha 2 of Xposed.

Make a nanoid first, as that's not likely to work. FYI, if using KT Kernel, that feature is now built in.

I thought Rovo created an Xposed uninstaller so people did not have to restore a nandroid and they could instead just flash the Xposed Uninstaller zip?

It just bootloops on Samsung devices. Here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
I have no idea if the uninstaller would work, I think I read the Rovo even recommended a nanoid if you tried it.

It's for Permissive status on SELinux. If you have nothing good to say how about you don't say anything at all? Or you read the actual OP before you make a stupid remark!

Did you also read the part in the op "to allow adb connection with root" or you didn't read it either.
For me that is already available with the stock kernel and was just wondering what the op meant by it.

Can't change to ART on stock rooted

Are you on a deodexed ROM?
Edit: never mind what I said below, as it is incorrect... I must have misunderstood. Sorry for any confusion.
You can't use ART on the stock Verizon rom. They didn't include the runtime - or at least that is what someone reported right after the phone came out.

Any ideas why it isn't sticking on my device?
Some background: I do use xposed, I accidentally flashed the advanced power menu mod on stock, but it didn't seem to do anything so I've left it for now, and I've deleted some bloat verizon apps with root explorer.
Thanks!

Not technically deodexed but it's no longer an odex ROM thus you break the function..

you need to be 100% odexed.
When I've tried ART in my other devices (note 3, LG G2) it really seemed like a waste of time. Wasn't noticeably faster, and broke things.

Any chance you are running xposed as well? ART and Xposed will not work together. Xposed will disable the ART option on boot if you don't disable Xposed first.

Network Meter

Hi to all...
The only thing that I'm missing from Custom ROMs is Network Meter... How can I add it to 4.4.2 stock ROM?
Thank you for your answers...
You can try "Float Network Monitor" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sd.floatview
I'm using this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.internet.speed.meter.lite
And it's perfect.

Amplify
Gravity Box
Snapprefs
There's some other ones I loved but I haven't used Xposed ever since my Nexus 6 got 5.1 months and months ago.
I have the same as OP set up. Unfortunately Power Nap seems to not like the Moto X. I'm hoping that it gets updated and works.

Yeah it definitely helps. I don't think it's a gigantic improvement but it makes a noticeable difference. Even if it's only a few extra hours in standby or a few minutes more of screen on time it's worth it.
I'm at work and can't remember all of my favs, but crappalinks is one of my favorites now... Removes redirects from websites, so if I click on a link I can open it directly now.
