I want to get Watch Dogs for the PS3 but don't know where to start...I'm looking to get a edition that is just more than the game but there are so many...There is amazon's , best buy, and gamestops pre-order incentive. But all of them are different and if you want all 3 perks you have to spend a fortune. I know that Ubisoft has a Uplay edition, that has all bonuses? ( I really want that Aiden Statue) But I don't know if that uplay edition is for PC or Europe? And I can't even import the uplay edition because it detects my IP address is USA and it re-directs me to the N.A Home page. Any advice would be appreciated. I would like to get the most pre-order exclusive items I can. And i'm even going to compromise the "I'll never do digital" motto i've run with just this last time if I can get more exclusive content, if that is the case...
Maybe just pre-order limited USA edition and get the pass? i don't know..the way the season pass is described on uPlay's website, makes it look like that the "pre-order bonues" will be split into day one DLC. Or is the Season Pass just for PC?
Or maybe IMPORT the Dedsec edition? It pretty much comes with everything but the Gangster and cyberpunk outfits. Which is pretty much the best out of all of them. Looks like the massive uPlay edition is for Europe AND for PC only? Can I even PLAY the European game on my N.A PS3?
...or maybe IMPORT the Vigalantie edition?...only comes with 1 of the 3 DLC's and no statue but it does come with the cap and mask.
After all. The previous gen is probably the last gen I'll stay with because the current gen doesn't really interest me and I have a bookshelf of PS3 games to complete ANYWAY! some advice about what to do or what to pre-order would really help!

Hi, I am off to China for a short holiday in a fortnight, and was thinking of buying a mobile phone while I'm there. China is like the Burgess shale of mobile phones, with hundreds of form factors, operating systems and features, most of which will become extinct in what seems like a few months!
Anyway, I was looking on eBay (as usual) for a preview of what to get and encountered 3 Windows Mobile 5 phones. I was wondering whether anyone has any experience with these devices, and whether they are any good. They are all pretty cheap, and no doubt even cheaper in China!
I think this is called the V111:

This one is the "Hoilday Q9" (how cute!):
And this one is the Hauyu P30:
Edit: I just had to post this bonus - a phone which looks like an HTC Herald/P4350, but which fails by not actually running Windows Mobile!
Check this out.....The Asus P750 available in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The Asus looks really, really nice, but what I'm looking for is a really cheap phone from one of the less reputable brands. I used to use two HTC Phones (a Magician and a Universal) but currently have a Ubiquio 501 (for me it is the perfect balance of size and functionality) so I'm not averse to experimenting a little on gadget paths less well-trodden.
When you really get down to it virtually all WinMo phones are made in China/Taiwan. I'm just wondering whether, in the perceived lack of quality control from unknown brands, any of these are actually any good!
seems like an interesting device.. may not be windows mobile or android but blackberries are very cool.. i wonder if the storm will actually make its mark in our world...
what do you guys think???
P.S. please no negativity or attacks thank you..
If one comes out for AT&T, I do plan on getting one from work and testing it out.
the wm much better

I would get a Storm but not transfer to Verizon from AT&T for testing and messing around. I just sold my Bold and it was a lot better in my opinion then the other Blackberry models. I really liked the bold but didn't stick around because of the limited applications and customization. In addition, it lacks a full email client, BIS just doesn't cut it for me for personal usage and I really don't like how it handled email even with BES. I also had an iPhone and iPhone 3G and after jailbreaking it wasn't to bad and I liked it, I still believe its touch screen is the best out there. All three device types are for three different type of people and although I like to play with a Blackberry I don't see myself switching.
Blackberry Storm Comment
I got a Storm 2 weeks ago and I'm VERY happy with it.
Automatic actualizing of important System-Progs, all Business Progs I need, also a quick and safe handling.
I'm only missing a Navi-Prog for install complete like IGO.
wayyy back in 1999 i had a nokia 8850 mobile phone. in 2001, while living in hong kong i sold it as the screen was dead. now, fast forward to 2011. around 4 weeks ago my former mba classmate (in hong kong) sent me an email. she was shopping around the side streets of hk (kowloon, tsim tsa tsui) for a cheap and simple mobile phone for her 11 year old son. she stumbled on this nokia 8850 so she asked the vendor for it. she opened the back to check that all's well. upon removing the battery, she noticed a name that's been scribbled on the chrome surface. lo and behold, it was my name. i know, freaky. and i kid you not. anyway, she remembers me as we were study partners. so she sent me an email asking if i wanted to get the phone. of course i said yes! i offered to pay but she said the phone was too cheap so she shipped it right away. last friday (the 30th of sept), the parcel arrived. i put in a sim card and it works! very interesting...and freaky...that something from my past made its way back to me. just thought i'd share it. oh, and check out my signature. second to the bottom is that same nokia 8850 in the pic.

Cool story, bro. No, really cool
In the Samsung Apps there seems to be an offer. Apparently, if you download all of the apps that they have for free in this particular list (some are quite good), you will be sent a voucher for an additional gift.
I have downloaded all the apps, but have received no voucher so far.
Link for details?
Just open Samsung Apps and you'll get the Valentine's offer welcome screen. But you'll have to download all featured apps in the period of time (7.2. until 27.2.)
tap*talked via GT-N7000 (GB.XXLA4)
@jeromepearce: As far as I remember it said the voucher will be issued afterwards, around the March, 6
Maybe this is how you get ICS
We might get ICS very soon
you WON !!!!!!!! free apple iPad 2 !

i have participiated downloading all those apps offered but no voucher so far... By the time i downloaded the offered apps one of them was not free so i even had to pay for it but when i check it out few days later the app i paid for had become free. So that was a temporary issue hitted me imao
It says to WIN is there a competition? win against .........time? it also says 'winner announcement.... it does not seem all to appealing to me..
Good afternoon, community!
Some time ago I started to think about mobile devices with full keyboards - but all what I found were tablets like 2 in 1 and they still didn’t looked good enough. I remembered my Nokias 9 series with beautiful S80 on board, what I have used to write course assignment at Uni, to write job applications, etc. By the same time I’ve been working in retail and used to sell this kind of devices - as well as legends like Qtec 9000. People loved it. So, I’ve decided to move forward!
I have created a concept of smartphone in notebook form-factor:

}
3d model can viewed here https://skfb.ly/RHDK
Inspired by Psion 5 series, so it would have a proper QWERTY, and as Nokia 9 series, it would have 2 screens - inside and outside.
According to concept, it should work on modified version of android with access to linux apps, with factory root access and open boot loader for community ROMs.
I have contacted some ODM factories to get estimation for production, and got some advice on cost reduction, to edit concept - for available mainboard and screens - FHD, because its too expensive to produce specific ones.
So, if there is anyone who is interested in such product - you are very welcome leave your suggestions, ideas and comments!
There is a massive work still to be done before I would go for crowdfunding, so any help would be appreciated!
What type of keyboard would prefferable, laptop type, when screen is on the lid, or sliding out? Or anything else?
