i have flashed [ROM][UNOFFICIAL] CM 10.1 for Galaxy Grand Duos (I9082/I9082L) (Update 20131101) on android 4.2.2 considering it to be CM 11. Now my device is stuck after reboot showing Galaxy Grand GTi9082. Please tell me how to get it bak to working condition?

Unfortunately no
lt03lte is the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and does get official LineageOS support and it has just got an Android Pie port
