I know i am demanding too much. But since now we have aosp and aokp why cant we have other ics roms ? i know that ics is not stable yet. But still what all is working in dhiru's cm9 and aokp will also be working in this . So if someone can port this based on cm9 it would be great. Compared to previous Versions this is a very light version, so many things you know from previous cna based roms aren't there. I also stripted the theme down for my liking.

In short, as we all now, 4.2.x can't compete 4.1.x in performance & stability because we don't have 4.2.x Stock ROM + Stock Kernal made for our device, however we have good 4.1.x Stock ROM.
So keeping this view in mind, I'm planning to give 4.1.x versions in Snappy™ series.
It will be closer to 4.2.x SnappyDragon™ v2 in looks & basic apps (Dialer, Contacts, Clock, Calender, Calculator, Downloads, Music Player, Video Player, File Manager, Browser)

Please make a 4.1 rom with "Android L" looks bro pls, got bored with poor performances of 4.2 roms and tired of changing roms almost everyday .... and please dont expect these ppl to vote bcz hardly few will do so!!!!

bro we want a rom with pure stock ui of android L with good ram management..
with cool looking status bar..
the dialer must be white like L ui
it would be compatible with stock kernal
and yes it must be lightest and fastest rom..
yes we want 4.1.x rom...
if using diffrents roms since 1 year and i found that stock rom is the awesomest rom for c2..
if have tried each and evry rom ...but not a single rom can beat stock rom...
i am expcting from u to cook a rom for us... and yes take stock rom as base...

As asked in the title. Is it possible to port an Lollipop or Marshmallow based MIUI rom to our device? As far as i know, for a port we need a device with similar specs, which is in our case should be the Xiaomi Mi 4.
But my main question ot the devs: Is it at least possible to port it?
Anyone interested in this rom on our device?

Glad we got Aosp base which is CM12/CM12.1 And Luckily I Found a 32bit Arm Version ARMV7 Of Goophone IOS Roms Which based on android phones
Android Version of rom is 5.1 and OUR CM IS Android 5.1 Too So I Came here asking for backup in development of this rom and port of it

Wow Did not expect this and well am still trying although that adb does not detect my phone i want someone to logcat me with details after installing my port which i will provide after some hours or maybe 1 day cause it gets stuck over boot screen

But the reason for bootloop
Maybe, it is the The Bootloader...
You need to revert back to the old bootloader if u want to use 4.4.2 based roms...
The bootloader was updated to 5.o just before the lollipop update...
I think this is a Kitkat Bootloader
Needs to be installed through odin

Dude why don't you wait a bit till you get those files on MM or LP and base the ROM on DeadMan's CM13... The older CMs are really laggy, with no camera, and Yamaha driver issues, huge battery drainage also... I'd recommend you not to work on those, where as the CM13 is almost bug free, at least no noticeable bugs, And the devs are great, they could help you a bit too if we ask them nicely enough... And both the ways I'd love to test your Roms... May it be KK or MM
am still doing the big tests to port over a MTK Chipset Rom To Exynos both are Arm V7a
and installation tutorial will be there
and am trying on both bases Kitkat and lollipop cause both at least have AOSP CM Bases
And Boot Loader of LP Works for Other kitkat Roms But Will Do Still Try and update you guys
