Try to wipe cache and, if that doesn't help, wipe data in your recovery.

I just installed cm 11 on my galaxy s3 and I can't call anyone.. No mobile network... Please heeelp meeee!!
Solution is to upgrade Clockwork recovery to 6.0.4.5 before flashing CyanogenMod 11 nightly ROM. You find the file here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2200501
You also need to format cache, dalvik cache and do factory reset before flashing CyanogenMod ROM.

Am a NOOB
Does CM12 support dalvik? I want to have xposed framework which requires dalvik as runtime, so does CM run dalvik as I don't want to update to CM12 if it doesn't support dalvik

Already asked and answered. CM12 is lollipop based. Xposed does NOT currently work on lollipop.
