Anybody have a good download link for an Odin package to flash back to stock?

I had been running cognition and wanted to update to the latest version. I used odin 1 click to take it back to stock and now it won't go into download or even recovery mode. It works fine with the stock rom but I want cognition back! HELP!
I looking for the update.zip from the latest OTA for the P6210 (WIFI). I took the update when I got the device a few days ago but failed to remember to pull the .zip before rebooting.
I would like to get a stock deodexed ROM Flashable via clockwork.
I too would like to get this, if possible. I'm so new to all this that I didn't even now the zip could copied off.
Just use ODIN and go back to the original firmware (see thread and links in the DEV subforum.) Then get the OTA again and extract the update you need.

Well I have a U.S. Cellular SCH-R530 I received from a friend. He already upgraded to 4.3 OTA and I figured I would try to root the phone so I could install custom roms. I downloaded Odin and downloaded cwm 6.0.4.5. I put the phone in download mode and tried flashing cwm.. Well Odin failed, I cannot boot back into the Android OS and I have the screen with the message: "firmware upgrade encountered an issue, etc.". I pulled the battery and put the phone in download mode and I have try flashing cwm again, flashing USCC stock rom and I still get a fail in Odin 3.07 & 3.09. I did use PDA or AP in Odin when I tried to flash both the cwm and the stock 4.3 rom. At this point, I'm trying to figure out how to get the s3 working again.

I have an S7/SM-G930W8/heroltebmc and had it running LineageOS for a while and was loving it... Until I found out it's locked to a carrier and apparently will refuse to unlock with a custom ROM installed.
I tried installing stock rom from https://desktop.firmware.mobi/ and got stuck on boot screen; tried installing stock rom and recovery and got stuck in a bootloop. Now I need to recover from odin and I figured the best way to do so would be to find stock firmware for my device, except the link above only seems to provide .img files, and the external links on the site lead to SammMobile (paywall locked), Updato (broken download links), and Samsung-Updates (site cannot be reached.)
Does anyone know where I can go to get the stock firmware for my device or have a copy they'd be willing to share? Or alternately know of a better way to get back to stock from where I'm at so I can unlock this thing and get back to enjoying lineage?
