Decrease Navbar size? - Verizon HTC One (M8)

I've upgraded to the One M8 and the one gripe I have with it is how much room the navbar takes up. Is there any potential tweak that would allow me to reduce the size?

I use xposed framework with gravity box module which allows for nav bar size adjustments.

I use the Viper rom and I removed the navy bar and I use Pie now.

Thanks for the help. I currently shrank it with Gravity Box. Once I get a proper custom boot loader I'll try out a custom ROM like Viper.

[REQUEST] Power Toggles on Notification Area (GE STOCK)

Anyone have it?
I guess you mean without installing any third party app or flashing any mod, isn't it?
As stock rom, no

No! I'm looking to any flashable zip/mod that changes the stock SystemUI.apk and adds power toggles to it!
I'm using CM10.2 but its not that stable yet.. and I can stay at stock rom with just a few mods (like battery % and power toggles on notification area)
Ok, I see the point. I was also looking for something like that, (also among xposed modules) but the only thing I found is this mod for galaxy nexus

It would be great if any developer for S4 would port it to our device.

That's a great solution except for the notification icon taking up space. Is there no way to integrate notification toggles like for instance CM?

Transparent nav bar like moto x/g possible?

Is there a way from changing the background of the nav bar from solid black to a transparent color outside of the home screen / launcher... 50%....20% or even 0% like the moto x and moto g are ?

With the stock launcher the navbar is already transparent, and with Nova beta it's also transparent. It's a native feature of 4.4.
I meant other than the home screen ...

Not unless a ROM supports it.

which one? thanks!!!
On 4.4, I'm not sure as I have not played with any Roms on my N5 yet. When Paranoid Android comes out I'm sure they will support it. They have in all previous versions.

No. I believe you need root. Why would you want to remove the nav bar anyways?
More screen size

Definitely needs root :/ It is not hard though, quite easy (Did it in 10 minutes), that along GravityBox for KitKat did the trick (No NavBar and Pie Controls give you ALL the screen for the apps!)
Yes there is an app for this and it works too. Its paid but not much. Its still in beta though...works in most apps/games too. But there are some bugs too. You can try out if you haven't rooted already
I am a new user so I cant post the link. Just search "immersive" in play store and its ususally the first result. Hope it helps.

On screen buttons

Hey guys
Is it possible to make the on screen buttons transparent while web browsing or using the Twitter app? I hate how much real estate the buttons take. Any info would be appreciated

does gravity box have the option to make the navigation bar semi-transparent? i dont have it installed but im sure theres an xposed module that will do this.
I just took mine off and ran with lmt for navigation until this happens. I am sure its on the works.

Try "Auto Hide Soft Keys" in the Play Store. Makes a big difference.
Sweet.. U just made me decide to keep the m8 because of the app!

Moving volume pop-up to bottom?

Moving the volume pop-up to the bottom of the screen instead of it being right in the middle. I was able to go do this a little while also but I forgot how. Is it part of a exposed setting?
