Which mobile is better to buy??
Need reviews....
Samsung Galaxy R
Samsung Galaxy S Plus
Or
Samsung Omnia W
none of the above, Nexus is best, or the upcoming SGS3
I will took Galaxy S PLus from them.
I dont think if he is asking about SGS3, maybe he dont have money for the newest phones?
no ICS 4.0 upgrade for SGS Plus
I recommend Galaxy R because it will be Ice Cream Sandwich in the near future.
What the heck is R???
I have heard most about "Samsung Galaxy S Plus". Don't know about others

Only if its an HTC lmao
The Galaxy R is basically a GS2 with Tegra 2 and a 5 mpx camera. Between those it is the smartest buy. Not mention that he will be getting ICS

The galaxy R is the best phone out of the three but its also the most expensive one.
I'm gonna buy a galaxy w due to the smaller size & the fact that it is much cheaper(at least here in sweden)
i think Samsung Galaxy S better
I have a Galaxy S and love it.
In my opinion its Galaxy S+, because its more perfomance
Buy Samsung Galaxy S Plus its an Android. Omnia W is a Windows phone. And Galaxy R have some problems like poor battery life and sound is also not so good. Samsung Galaxy S plus is great than both of them.
Samsung Galaxy S Plus is the most powerful and fast and has Android!!!
Go for Galaxy R
Go for the galaxy R because it's better and is cheap+its getting Official ics

Well two things to consider, what do they each compare too and how big is the custom rom support, because samsung phones are easy to get rooted and start flashing custom roms which improve the user experience A LOT.
Well I wouldn't get the S Plus as the S is near enough the same thing but the ROM development scene is much bigger for the S, so better rom choice.
The R is a cheaper S2 but once again, the rom scene is tiny (much smaller than the rom scene for S Plus). And as the S3 was recently announced, the S2 will probably start dropping in price, especially if you pick up a good condition second hand one of ebay for example.
Omnia W is a windows phone. Nothing against windows phone, but android has more apps, and is just more customizable. (But i do like the look of windows phone, and if the app store grows a lot more and the intergration with windows 8 is great i could possibly look into a windows phone 8 device or something)
I'd wait and drop the cash on an S2, it'll last you ages, GREAT rom support, official ICS releases so no ports and an awesome phone in itself.
If the S2 is a bit too much money or a bit too big, hen get the S. The S plus isn't that much better than it, really.

well i was really impressed by the galaxy nexus but i didn't know it doesn't have micro sd slot n i dun like to be memory limited.
then i thought about the galaxy note but it doesn't have gorilla glass and some ppl r complaining that the screen got scratched so atm am so am w8ing for the galaxy s iii
Next high end 3.5-4" display phone... The ones nowdays are too big..
the next nexus (hopefully built by motorola mobility)
dunno yet, i am totaly pleased with my sgs (only cam sux), but maybe by the end of the year i will get a new phone
no clue which it will be, just know that it wont be an iphone or win7/8 phone
Looking forward for Galaxy S3

Probably sgs 3 when contract runs out at end of year

I find it difficult to decide, when phones are being released weekly, and I'm not out of contract until June. As I have an SGS and the SGSll is a considerable improvement, then providing the SGSlll lives up to it hype, there will be no contest.
my contract finished in december, and I couldnt decide if i wanted the s2 on a short 18month contract, and get the s3 or wait for the s3! Ended up deciding to wait for the S3. Would have gone for the galaxy nexus, but the lack of micro SD was a bit of a kick in the teeth!
As I'm not rich I'll just buy a new phone when this one breaks. I'm not into futurology so I don't know when that will happen (hope in a long long time) so neither what phones will be selling at that time. It will be something with Android though.
Like my signature says (already got the note for about 1 week).
After that (july(other contract runs out)) dunno what's on the market then.
I'll probably stick with the SGS for now and SGS III will be my next move - However I'm severly tempted to get myself a Galaxy Tab aswell.....
Android for sure, probably Samsung, and if things don't change too much it will be a Galaxy S series phone.
But my SGS it's like new, and I only buy new phones when the old one breaks, so it could be a long time until my next phone.
i think my next phone will be Samsung Galaxy s III , i have galaxy s 1 and i think that the III is the best choice price / performance !!!!
For the SGS3 i hope it will have a 4.9" Super Amoled Plus HD with ICS Software Buttons. Seems like a reasonable size though i know they will probably make it smaller, not everyone has big hands. Of course i wish quadcore also... And i wish for TouchWiz 5.0 that doesn't include bloat, just necessary additions to stock and small UI refinements.
I hope for a good GPU, too... (Powning everything else)
I am really thinking to buy a Nexus S, but I am not sure cause the SGS2 is also a "beast"
I am waiting to see SGS III.

Probably S2, but not in the near future.
I think an Galaxy S III.
I love my Galaxy s.
So, I have gotten stuck between three different ones...
Samsung Galaxy S II
Samsung Galaxy Note
Samsyng Galaxy Nexus
Upgrading from a HTC Wildfire.
A bit about my usage... I never call. Maybe once every second month. I find the e-mail/browser the most important feature, along with calendar sync with Exchange.
I write relative much in WhatsApp/Sms
Accessories-wise, I kinda want something to protect the front, but I never liked screen protectors, as I'm a horrible perfectionist.. For the S II and Note I know you can get official stuff that covers the screen, but none yet for the Nexus..
I study finances, so if I can read - without problems - PDF, it would be great.
Gaming-wise.. Well, I just want to play stuff like Where's My Water, Cut the Rope, etc...
So, anyone can help me point out which probably is best for my needs?
I recomend for you the Galaxy Note, since it have all the others features plus a huge screen for reading PDF.

I would be inclined to agree, the Galaxy Note would be the best for reading documents on the go.
How's the battery time on the Note compared to Nexus/S II?
Not sure about the battery differences but if you're studying up on things and reading PDFs, definitely the Note.
The Galaxy Note seems to be a cross between a phone and a tablet. I've got a Galaxy S2 and I am very happy with it. For your purposes though I think the Note with it's bigger screen will be best.
i think galaxy note will be awesome for you
choose the galaxy sii

Really appreciate the opinions
Could only find the S II / Nexus in stores today, and if I had to choose between those, I think I would choose the S II.. The Nexus is nice, but it just doesn't seem quite as well-done as the S II.
Without a doubt a great phone, but feel it's a bit underwhelming.
I would give you the HTC S empfehlen.Sehr good device.
Galaxy s 2
HTC Wildfire S VM "s-off rooted stock Rom"
Thanks for all your help
At least I know the S II / Note would be #1/2
Hey man,Think about it, if you do not need a cell phone then perhaps you should buy a note... but the Galaxy has both and is more convenient to carry...
If you can upgrade to Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) on the Note that would be your best bet if not you might consider the Nexus.
Definitely recommend the note for you. You'd probably enjoy the increased real estate on the screen, plus that thing is damn quick.

Have it?
Actually been wondering how the pen and the overall speed is
I also recommend the note for you.
I want to save for a new phone, i was thinking of getting a Galaxy S ii or Galaxy Nexus. Which is better?
they are the same only nexus has a better screen. (CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG)
why dont you wait for s3 like i do?
i wiil go with nexus
i think "Galaxy Nexus" would be better. u will get a long talk time and better uploading speed here. downloading speed is also good here....
I honestly and personally would get the Galaxy Nexus. The SII seems a bit over rated to me. Also the Galaxy Nexus looks a lot better and looks like something that is fun to use
Galaxy sII

Better in terms of pixel density which results in slightly sharper images. However, the s2 produces better quality images and the contrast and viewing angles are much better

get the nexus .more updates in the future
Galaxy Nexus. Screen is really nice and it is smooth right out of the box.
Samsung also sells an extended battery which adds very minimal bulk. It makes the battery cover flush and adds a little bit of weight which feels nice.
Galaxy sII:O
i think galacy nexus is better, however if i were u i would buy an htc one s
So any way it depends what you use your phone for. If you want high resilousion pics then go with the s2 cause it has the 8mp camera compared to the 5mp camera for the nexus. So if you put the s2's photos on a big screen it will look better than the nexus's photos on the same big screen, but if you look at the nexus's photos on the phone screen it will look better than the s2's photos on the phone screen because the nexus has a higher resliousion screen.
So if you are gona put your photos onto a computer then go with the s2 but if you are gona just look at them on you phone then go with the nexus. The specs of the two phones are the same a think is 1.2 ghz dule core prossor and 202 gpu.
It should be fast enough for daily tasks and gameing alike.
PS. sorry about the spelling mistakes Iam a 13 year old boy

Galaxy Nexus for me. Only because it's an official Google phone, I love to have the updates before everyone else
i think galaxy nexus is better.. it has more modern technology than galaxy S2
i also think that galaxy nexus is better
Well i too would suggest the nexus.. but if you are still saving.. and saving big.. wait for the s3 !!

I think Nexus is better than S2 for performance. But You can try to another Product like HTC or Sony.
My vote is on the Nexus
However if you have that kind of cash why not consider something newer in the market?
I would definately wait for the s3! the official release is this thursday, so it's sooooo close!
there is no official picture but there are some leaked pictures based photos, check out the site of sammobile . com, there are some pics! (I can't post links..)
it supports better specs than s2 or nexus.
If you don't like this and can't wait for 2 days, I would say galaxy s2 because it has such an overwhelming development section with soo many ROMs etcetera.
GL
You should wait just a couple of days..
For sure the one currently with the most up to date software without having to root it and install one of the custom ROMs here would be the Galaxy Nexus. Although it won't be the best device in a couple of days. I suggest you to wait just at least a couple of day before choosing if your one top notch up to date kind of guy since the Galaxy SIII should be announced on May 3rd by Samsung. Also, the HTC One series are getting through many carriers these day until the end of may. The One X is definitively a much better device currently even if it's not available everywhere. Anyhow, if you want it at the end of the day, I would go with the Galaxy Nexus, if you can wait just a couple of days, I would be curious to compare it with the incoming One X or the SIII!
If your into custom rooms, definitely go for the s2 as there is more going on in the development section

Hey guys! Judging by my name you can probably tell I (used) to be a noob. Well times have changed and I'm coming up on 2 years with an extensive knowledge of rooting and whatnot (little rusty on my ADB skills but I'll manage xD). My question is whether I should get the Galaxy S3 or The Galaxy Nexus? Money is not a factor in this. Whats a better daily phone for everyday use? Battery Life? Display? Usability? More importantly which phone is better for flashing roms, overclocking and just general tinkering? I'd love to hear your thoughts
experience doesnt matter its all about post count.
The Galaxy Nexus is comparable to the Galaxy s2, the s3 is a better phone than both. I'd go with the s3 unless you can wait until the next Nexus
IMO the Nexus phones are a blank slate that you can setup yourself, while the galaxy phones have everything done already. That said the s3 has plenty of rom/modding support so just flash it and do your own thing
They both are great phones but as in performance the s3 is better. If you want pure Google then go with the nexus, you won't be disapointed with either phones
