o2 warranty is just for first buyers. ppl who buy a 'used' (doesn matter if or not) cant send it to o2 if it has any issues. even if you have the original pay-off

well i bought one in ebay for 48 bucks and it worked fine i do had one unpleasant experiment with a seller from china so my recommendation is to buy from a U.S seller ONLY!
