[Q] Messages not Vibrating/Phone calls going straight to voicemail - Samsung Infuse 4G

I have a Infuse on the latest Beanstalk rom, but this has been occurring for a while now, so I don't think it's a rom problem. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing sometimes not being alerted(through vibration or sound) about text messages. They just show up in my inbox when I think to check for them. Also, calls sometimes go straight to voicemail, without even ringing, even when the phone is not in use.
I was just reading a bit and found out that it may be my sim card. What are your thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Phone Call Issues

Hello,
So I seem to have issues with my phone calls on both the CM 7 Nightlys, and CM 6.1.2 RC2. Sometimes (multiple times a day) when I go to dial a number, it will say "dialing" but the ringtone never actually dials out. Also sometimes when I go to call it just cancels out of it and says call ended. When ever this happens, i try again several min. later and it works just find. So the problem seems to be intermittent.
Also, I have my phone set up with google voice forwarding and voice mail. I do not make phone calls from it. However, sometimes when people call me, they say that my phone rings before going to voice mail. However, my actual phone does not get the call. This doesnt happen every time, but it does happen often. Ill get a notification from google voice about a missed call, but will have never revieced the call in the first place.
Is anyone else have this problem? Or maybe I have a setting all out of whack or something?
Thanks
I have the same exact problem on my stock phone. Incoming calls will work even though outgoing will not.
Change your sim card.

I have already tried that.
I have tried that as well..
Im wonder if my having any of my forward when busy etc. settings affect this.. Right now they are all set to forward to my google number, which in tern is the number that the phone itself is linked with on google voice. What should these settings be?
It is so frustrating seeing how many calls I miss\dont recieve because of this.

[Q] Help! Stock HTC Inspire not receiving incoming calls or texts

So about 3 days ago my Inspire randomly stopped receiving incoming calls/texts, callers ring out to voicemail and I have no idea anyone has called. Talked with AT&T tech support and found out there are no problems on their end. Also, incoming calls/texts will be received during outgoing calls I make (apparently the calls are routed differently for call waiting). I've tried deleting apps i've downloaded recently and even a factory data reset, still with no luck. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this problem, I would really appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks!

take out SIM
put back in
try SIM swapping with other phone
I am having same problem, randomly not receiving calls if the caller leaves a VM I generally get it later. sometimes my wife will call me on home phone and tell me my cell is not ringing and if I try to call myself it works about half the time, no idea what is causing this.

Not receiving some calls

EDIT: I previously said I had Eclipse installed. I've been rooting phones left and right. The last phone I rooted I installed Eclipse on......sorry for the mix up.
I've had people say they keep getting my voice mail after multiple rings. Then I would call my phone to test it out. I would have full bars 3g/4g and I wouldget voice mail after a few rings. So I restarted my phone and all seem to work fine. Just happened again and I tested it a few times, not being able to ring my phone. So I just turned off WiFi and then I was able to receive calls. Not sure if WiFi really had anything to do with it. I turned Wifi back on and calls still rang in.
Anyone heard of this issue?
I have CWM with Stock bloatfree ROM.
Thanks.

I've had no issues on stock or CyanogenMod 10. I would check in your roms thread.

I would try to gather more information like if toggling wifi is the only way to get it back or if its just reception...I think the app phone info would be helpful here to give you information on when it is and isn't working...Also I would check in with the Eclipse ROM forum and see if anyone else has had these issues.
I actually have a Stock Bloat-Free Rom installed on my GS3. I Just installed Eclipse on my brothers phone and just went brain dead for a minute.

[Q] Missing Some Calls

This has happened to me on several ROMs, I was on Devesh's PAC and I now switched to Devesh's Carbon to see if that would fix it but it hasn't. Some phone calls are not going through. I have been getting voicemails without ever being notified of a missed call. I have tested it myself by calling myself through Google Voice and one or two out of three calls didn't get to me. It rings for 30 seconds then goes to voicemail. I have also witnessed it vibrating late. Like it'l ring for 20 seconds or so, and then finally my phone will catch on and vibrate. I searched around and haven't found any solutions to this, so can anyone help me out?
Me too, it's kexec problem.
You can try CM10.1 RC5, I have no problem about calls.
Fixed permission in recovery? That actually solved problems with calls for me.

Outboud calls ending upon answer

Hello guys, my ZF6 has issues with outbound calls, when I compose a number 2/4 times call ends right away, 1/4 times call ends upon response, 1/4 times (usually after many redials) I can actually talk with whom I was trying to. This is unbearable, but before throwing the phone in the garbage I would like to know if there's something I can try first: could it work if I reset the phone completely? Could it be caused by some apps interference, or messed up setting somewhere? Or is it just plainly a hardware problem and there's no way to fix that? Ofc just tried to switch phone and calls go through flawlessly, so sim card should not be the culprit here. At the same time though I don't seem to have any problems at all with inbound calls or internet connection, so I'm really baffled here.
Please help, thanks!
