Tooleap SDK
Make your app start floating above with Tooleap's floating UI
Tooleap is a free SDK that enables Android developers to easily create a floating widget (a bubble) that floats at the front of the screen above any other app.
Along with the side-screen that slides-in when the user taps the bubble, developers can now boost their app's availability, offer multitasking experience and gain more content exposure.
Check out this short introduction video -
Features
Apps become super-available using the floating bubble
Create chat-heads style notifications
Easy Integration - Display your content in a floating side screen using standard Android Activities
Show multiple applications in one floating bubble
Contextuality - Make your app available only on-top of specific applications (e.g., on top of the Facebook app, home screen or browser app).

The SDK does send analytics back to Tooleap, but we only use them for our SDK optimization, and bug tracking. The analytics are completely anonymous.
We don't pass analytics to any third party.
Is there a way to remove the top and bottom bars?
Currently there is no way to remove the top and bottom bars, but we might add an option in the future.

Pintail is the #1 must have app on any android phone
you can get it on the market and it is 100% free
what you do is if you loose your phone you send a txt to it and it will send back the location of your phone using the gps... it checks google for the closest address and sends a google map link. here is the how to from there site:
INSTRUCTIONS
"Just launch the application and enter a PIN number into the box, then when you need to find your phone, borrow someone Else's and send yours an SMS which includes the text:
locate your-PIN
eg. locate 256
The phone will do its best to pinpoint its position before sending back an SMS message containing its location and a handy link to Google Maps.
If you want to, you can share the PIN number with others. They can use it to find out where you are when they message you, but please share it responsibly!.
You can even leave the PIN blank but this is potentially unsafe since anyone could request your location, but you'll always know they've requested it because you will be notified of the incoming SMS."

I installed growl, but at applications nothing is appearing. Also test notification does not pup up using growl, default notification balloon in the bottom of the screen is working, but with growl it looks much better. Why is remote notifier not in the application list?
The help site of growl says "Applications must register to send notifications with Growl and once registered, they will appear in the left pane. (in the settings)" So how to register this to growl??
Sent from my X10i using Tapatalk
so you had Growl installed? Then you downloaded this file 'MacDroidNotifier-0.2.6.dmg' and installed it?
After that go to 'System Preferences' -> 'Growl' to see if there is 'MacDroidNotifier' listet. E.g.
Also you should take a look at the black speechbubble with the white exclamation mark in it. Click on it and
then look at 'Settings'.
Are the boxes 'Display in Growl' checked?
On my mac it is working now thanks, but on my vista laptop it is not...app list is empty there...

AppDIaler has not settings. At least yet. I going to add some settings for the next features. This is a tiny app and I wouldn't like to overload it with a settings.
Anyway, what you would like to have in Settings?

I'd like the option to hide certain apps from the search.
Will consider to add this feature. But may you'd like just to disable certain apps at all? You can do this on App Info screen for system apps. In this case app will disappear in system launcher. And in AppDialer too (truly not yet but in next version).

You can freely move the calculator bubble, and toss it around the screen.
Why should you use the Floating Calculator?

Something I'd like to see is the ability to vary the size, transparency, and location so that figures on screen can be viewed and calculated.

Are you by any chance have something on your device that forces immersive mode or anything similar on your device?
If so, when you open the calculator screen, open the bottom left menu, and go to settings.
Switch "Keep bubble available in full-screen mode" to on.

Why Did We Create This?
Currently, the most common approach to using kaomojis on an Android device is to use a keyboard that offers kaomojis. But what if your favorite keyboard doesn't offer them?
A popular alternative to keyboard offerings is an app that copies kaomojis straight into your clipboard. This allows you to keep your favorite keyboard, but it requires you to constantly switch between apps.
Both of these common offerings are an extremely cumbersome or troublesome solution.
SKI took these frustrations in mind and rectifies it through two simple methods:
1. A floating Kaomoji Picker
2. Automatic pasting to input field
As a floating app, SKI works alongside any keyboard you use. Simply tapping on a kaomoji will paste it into the input box you pressed.
Plus, SKI has another trick up it's sleeve. It doesn't simply offer a movable floating icon, but it offers it only when you need it!
When you press on an input field, the floating icon will appear
When you press on a non-input field, typically the Send Button, the floating icon will disappear
